Objective:cerebral infarction is clinically common disease, frequently-occurring disease, mortality and morbidity reaches as high as 80%, the serious harm to human health. Acupuncture treatment of cerebral infarction recovery has been widely recognised efficacy, but use different methods of acupuncture frequency to cure, differences rare reports. This study the same point, by observing the same pinprick of different gimmick, acupuncture frequency cerebral infarction monitoring patients daily self-care skill and nerve function defect and hemorheology, this paper discusses the different effect on different acupuncture frequency convalescence cerebral infarction, affecting the efficacy of patients with hemiplegia acupuncture treatment of cerebral infarction preliminarily determined the best frequency convalescence, effectively guide clinical practice. Methods:seventy-six patients were treated for June 2009-2010 August hospital patients in hubei province, which conform to the doctor acupuncture convalescence cerebral infarction diagnostic criteria and exclusion standard. Clinical will 76 patients were randomly divided into doctor order according to the clinical treatment group and control group, each group are 38 cases. Two groups of patients who were given the same acupuncture points and all the same pinprick techniques, and different acupuncture frequency treatment, the treatment group and control group 2 times daily acupuncture needle 1 times daily, with 6 per treatment for one period of treatment, after a day of rest, a total of observing four treatment. Two groups of patients were given western medicine conventional symptomatic treatment. Observed before and after treatment, barthel index Ashworth score NIHSS scores, and hemorheology changes.Results:1. the two groups were compared before and after the total effective treatment for:treatment group total effectiveness, compared with controls 10th greup (P< 0.05), indicating that the treatment group have clear clinical curative effect, and better than the control group.2. two groups of patients before and after the treatment neurologic deficits integral change:treatment group neural function defect integral in significantly reduced after treatment with before treatment, also have significant comparative difference (P< 0.01), compared with the control greup (P< 0.01), indicating that the treatment group neural function defect integral in the treatment significantly improved, and the effect after than control group. Three, two groups were compared before and after the treatment of ADL integral adopted two treatment can improve patients are activities of daily life ability, but the curative effect of treatment group was better than control group (P< 0.05).3. the treatment group daily life activities of the capacity of good share of 65.8 percent above the comparison with the control group, on significant difference (P< 0.05), indicating that the treatment group used in treatment of improve patients in activities of daily life ability than control group.4. two groups ShangXiaZhi muscle tension before and after the treatment compared with controls:treatment group before treatment I+level 0 cumulative rates difference value is comparative, p> 0.05, comparable. Conclusion:76 cases of cerebral infarction monitoring patients clinical research results show that different to improve patients with acupuncture frequency muscle tone, neurologic deficits, the ADL and hemorheology impact is significant. The clinical curative effect of the treatment group than in control group for reasons can consider the influence of time intervals, perhaps and acupuncture total also have particular concern.
