Objective:This study compared the inflammatory indexes and pathogenic characteristics of Non-severe community acquired pneumonia(NSCAP)patients' real laboratory data with different TCM syndrome types. In order to reveal the changes of inflammation index and the characteristics of etiology distribution in different TCM syndrome types.Method:A retrospective study was used to sort out the NSCAP in patients who were diagnosed and treated in the Respiratory Department of the affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2018 to June 2019.Record the patient's case information.Excel database was established, and IBMspss23.0 statistical software was used for data statistical analysis.Result: 1.Patients with phlegm heat syndrome was statistically significant in WBC?CRP?PCT and NLR test value between other TCM Syndrome types of NSCAP patients(P<0.05).2.NSCAP patients with phlegm heat syndrome was statistically significant in ESR test value between NSCAP patients with syndrome of pathogen invading lung-defense phase and patients with syndrome of phlegm turbidity blocking lung and patients with syndrome of deficiency of lung qi and spleen qi(P<0.05).3.NSCAP patients with syndrome of pathogen invading lung-defense phase was statistically significant in WBC?PCT test value between patients with syndrome of deficiency of lung qi and spleen qi.4.The PLR test value was no statistically significant between different TCM Syndrome types of NSCAP patients(P >0.05).5.The correlation analysis between NLR and WBC,ESR,CRP,PCT showed that P < 0.05.6.The difference of patients had positive rate mycoplasma pneumoniae and Influenza B virus between different TCM Syndrome types of NSCAP patients was statistically significant(P<0.05).7.The positive rate of sputum or bronchoalveolar lavage fluid culture in patients with NSCAP was 11.76%.Conclusion: 1.Patients with phlegm heat syndrome has higher WBC?CRP?PCT and NLR test value than other TCM Syndrome types of NSCAP patients.2.NSCAP patients with phlegm heat syndrome has higher ESR test value than NSCAP patients with syndrome of pathogen invading lung-defense phase and syndrome of phlegm heat damming lung and syndrome of deficiency of lung qi and spleen qi.3.NSCAP patients with syndrome of pathogen invading lung-defense phase has higher WBC?PCT test value than NSCAP patients with syndrome of deficiency of lung qi and spleen qi.4.The changes of WBC,ESR,CRP,PCT and NLR were basically consistent with the evolution of TCM Syndromes of NSCAP.5.The NLR test value may have the same clinical value as that of WBC,ESR,CRP and PCT.6.Mycoplasma pneumoniae accounted for the largest proportion in the NSCAP patients with different TCM syndrome types, and it was more likely to appear in Patients with syndrome of pathogen invading lung-defense phase and with syndrome of phlegm heat damming lung.Influenza B virus was more likely to appear in Patients with syndrome of pathogen invading lung-defense phase.7.The positive rate of sputum or bronchoalveolar lavage fluid culture in patients with middle and low risk NSCAP may be on the low side.
