| Purpose:The purpose of this study was to observe the clinical efficacy of Yishen Xiezhuo prescription in the treatment of spleen-kidney qi deficiency and turbid stasis syndrome in stage 3-4 of chronic kidney disease,to objectively evaluate its safety and comprehensive efficacy,and to provide a new therapeutic approach for the treatment of chronic kidney disease with traditional Chinese medicine..Methods:A total of 60 patients with chronic kidney disease diagnosed as stage 3-4 in the inpatient department and outpatient department of the department of kidney diseases of sichuan hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from December 2018 to December 2019 were collected.According to the principle of randomization and control,the 60 patients were divided into control group(30 cases)and treatment group(30 cases).The control group received basic treatment + urfuqing granule treatment,and the treatment group received basic treatment + yishen xiezhuo prescription treatment,with a course of 12 weeks.The changes of clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,uric acid,cystatin C,glomerular filtration rate,hemoglobin,serum albumin and safety indexes were observed before and after treatment.SPSS26.0 statistical analysis software was used for statistical analysis.Results:(1)In terms of clinical efficacy,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%,and that of the control group was 70.00%.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).(2)The comparison of TCM syndrome efficacy between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score of the two groups decreased compared with the former(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).(3)In terms of renal index,Scr,BUN,UA,cys-c and e GFR were all improved in the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment,among which Scr,BUN,cys-c and e GFR were significantly improved in the treatment group(P<0.05),while UA was not significantly improved in the treatment group(P>0.05).In the control group,Scr,BUN and e GFR improved significantly(P<0.05),while UA and cys-c did not improve significantly(P>0.05).After treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).(4)In terms of other experimental indicators,there was no statistically significant difference between the ALB and Hb groups and between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).(5)In terms of safety indicators,there was no statistical significance in the comparison of ALT,AST and blood K between the two groups before and after treatment(p>0.05).Conclusion:(1)Yishen Xiezhuo prescription can improve the clinical symptoms of chronic kidney disease in stage 3-4 patients with spleen-kidney qi deficiency and turbid stasis syndrome(2)Yishen Xiezhuo prescription can reduce the levels of serum creatinine,urea nitrogen and cystatin C in patients with chronic kidney disease with qi deficiency and turbid stasis syndrome in stage 3-4,improve the estimated glomerular filtration rate,and delay the progress of the disease.(3)Yishen Xiezhuo prescription for the treatment of chronic kidney disease 3-4 spleen-kidney qi deficiency and turbid stasis syndrome of good safety. |
