Research purpose The purpose of this study is to explore the applicability of Tradition Chinese Medicine therapy theory to Indian curry by analyzing the common points between Indian curry and Chinese food therapy.Method: By searching for literature,this paper summarizes the historical development,theoretical basis,therapeutic effect and classification of technological characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine,With the development of Indian curry history,advantages and disadvantages,Ayurvedic theory,and explores the common points of Indian curry and traditional Chinese medicine.Conclusion: Indian curry under the guidance of Ayurvedic medical theory has many things in common with Chinese food therapy under the guidance of Chinese medical theory,such as the observation of nature,the understanding of human physiology and the understanding of drugs.Based on the similarities between the two,the theory of Chinese dietotherapy is applicable to Indian curry.This provides a theoretical basis for further development of curry formula guided by the theory of traditional Chinese medicine.It can provide a new way of thinking for TCM dietotherapy and broaden the field of TCM dietotherapy...
