Research On Project Scope Management Of DNA Database In African M Country

The construction of DNA database management system should realize the basic case information management related to physical evidence on site,and the DNA data classification.The data is stored and compared according to the laboratory as a unit.It supports the cross laboratory DNA data comparison and sends the comparison results to the DNA database management system of each DNA Laboratory.African country M is a developing country.DNA detection technology and DNA database are in the initial stage.Relevant departments of China(Z agency for short)help African country m to build DNA database.After the establishment of DNA database,DNA detection technology in this country can be changed from passive to active,which can better serve the field of criminal investigation in this country.In the actual work,the DNA typing data obtained from on-site inspection materials are input into each sub database of DNA database,and the suspects are directly locked or screened.This database construction project is essentially a software project,and because it is a transnational project,some links will increase the difficulty in the overall construction process of the project,so each link of project management is particularly critical.In the nine knowledge systems of project management,scope management occupies a very important position.The relevant data shows that the project fails because the requirements collection and analysis in scope management are not done well,accounting for more than half of all failed projects.This paper chooses to study the scope management of this DNA database construction project,from two aspects: the scope management of the database construction project and the function that the database product itself should realize.Project scope management helps the database project to complete smoothly according to the knowledge of scope management in each link.By studying and improving the existing problems of Z organization,the methods to solve the problems are applied in this project.There are three research methods in this paper: literature research,interview investigation and case analysis.
