At present,in the field of medical data storage and management,there are serious practical problems such as inconsistent data storage format,high risk of patient privacy and so on.These problems have greatly restricted the development of medical and health industry.In addition,in the traditional database management of the medical system,each hospital does its own work,and the data of each hospital is basically not interconnected,especially the small-scale hospitals and clinics can hardly enjoy the medical experience of the large hospitals,which also leads to the poor liquidity of medical data and the problem of "Data Island".Thirdly,as far as patients are concerned,the lack of data exchange between hospitals leads to the problems of repeated medical treatment and repeated detection,which greatly wastes the valuable medical resources of hospitals.In recent years,with the gradual maturity of blockchain technology,more and more researchers use blockchain technology to solve medical problems.Aiming at the problems of data sharing and storage in traditional medical system,this paper constructs a new medical multi chain blockchain system model based on parallel chain,and designs and implements the system.Considering the existing blockchain system has some shortcomings,this paper adopts the joint operation mode of multi consensus mechanism to build the system architecture.The blockchain data structure of this paper is established with patient data as the center,and parallel chain mode is used to store medical data.Aiming at the efficiency of traditional blockchain consensus mechanism,this paper proposes an improved DAG consensus mechanism.From the overall idea,algorithm design,algorithm implementation,comparative test and analysis of comparative experiments,the experimental results show that the improved consensus mechanism has higher efficiency in multi-node packaging and processing of large transaction volume,and can effectively improve the efficiency of blockchain TCM data generation block.The comprehensive experimental results verify the feasibility of the improved scheme.In view of the decentralization and incentive mechanism of blockchain,this paper proposes a sampling optimization algorithm based on MCMC.Combined with the characteristics of MCMC,DAG nodes are randomly assigned according to their scores,which makes it more difficult for nodes with low scores to be selected.The purpose of this operation is to prevent malicious nodes from destroying the stability of the system.In addition,MCMC sampling algorithm is used to better allocate nodes,which can ensure that nodes can not predict the packaging order in advance,reduce the risk of malicious node attacks,and ensure the quality of nodes.This article from the overall thinking.Algorithm design,algorithm implementation,compared with the general situation of sampling experiments,the results show that after repeated sampling,the MCMC based sampling algorithm can meet the probability of high scoring nodes being selected.The system design of this paper combines the blockchain technology with the medical system,uses the existing blockchain technology to solve the problem of medical sharing and efficiency,explores the feasibility of the application of blockchain technology in the medical field,and puts forward some optimization schemes,and reconstructs a new medical data system management scheme based on the blockchain.
