| With the deepening of the concept of "big health",people’s health needs are increasing day by day.Pharmaceutical supply chain provides medical supply guarantee for health needs,which has attracted extensive attention and research from academia and industry.However,there are many links in the pharmaceutical supply chain,and the data between each link is not transparent,which brings problems such as data distortion and traceability difficulties,so the safety of pharmaceuticals cannot be effectively guaranteed.In recent years,with the continuous development of blockchain,its distributed,decentralized and traceable characteristics have brought new technological breakthroughs to the field of pharmaceutical supply chain.Focusing on the scenario of pharmaceutical supply chain,this thesis mainly studies the problems existing in the pharmaceutical supply chain management and solves them by using blockchain technology.Meanwhile,it conducts optimization research on blockchain related technologies.The main contributions are as follows:(1)A pharmaceutical supply chain management system architecture based on blockchain is proposed.According to the architecture,the main functional modules of the pharmaceutical supply chain management system based on blockchain are designed in detail.The characteristics of blockchain,such as distributed,decentralized,transparent,tamper proof and traceable,are used to enhance the authenticity of the data in each link of the pharmaceutical supply chain and the visibility of the pharmaceutical flow process,so as to ensure the quality and safety of medicine.(2)A trust value-based improved practical byzantine fault tolerance consensus mechanism is proposed.The evaluation method of trust value is introduced into practical byzantine fault tolerance consensus mechanism to avoid malicious nodes to participate in the consensus,so as to ensure the reliability of consensus results.The improved consensus mechanism improves the consensus efficiency,and the fault tolerance performance has also been greatly improved.(3)The pharmaceutical supply chain management system based on blockchain is built.On the basis of the above work,the Ethereum blockchain platform is used to implement the system,which supports each node of the pharmaceutical supply chain to trade according to the intelligent contract,and has the function of entering and storing the information from pharmaceutical production to sales,so as to realize the reliable traceability of the pharmaceutical supply chain. |
