Objective To study the correlation between Helicobacter pylori,gastrin-17,metabolic syndrome and reflux esophagitis; Methods Randomly selected 79 patients with reflux esophagitis(RE)diagnosed from December 2018 to December 2019 in the Department of Gastroenterology and Gastroscopy of the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University and confirmed after upper gastrointestinal endoscopy and who were examined at the medical examination center Seventy-four healthy physical examinees with complete data were used as the control group, and a total of 153 patients were used as the research object. All the subjects were collected with relevant indicators of H.pylori infection, gastrin and metabolic syndrome components, and the basics of the research subjects.Information(such as gender, age, height, weight)and all the above data, and record the data in detail, perform Excel statistics on the same corresponding indicators, analyze all the data of the statistical research object using SPSS23.0software,and use the frequency of categorical variable data And frequency, the differences between groups were compared using chi-square test, and the measurement data of normal distribution was expressed as meanąstandard deviation. Two independent sample t tests were used to compare the means between the two groups, and the two variables were correlated using chi-square test combined with Grame's V Test and pearson correlation, multivariate analysis correlation using binary classification logistic regression analysis method, respectively calculate correlation Number and OR values, wherein the analysis results are P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results(1)All related factors of reflux esophagitis group and control group were analyzed by single factor.Among them, gender,BMI,fasting blood glucose, abdominal circumference,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, and triglyceride were statistically analyzed by X~2test and t test. There were significant differences(P<0.05).When the above six factors were analyzed by multivariate dichotomous logistic regression, gender and HDL cholesterol were not statistically significant.Fasting blood glucose,BMI,and abdominal circumference were positively correlated with RE(P<0.05,OR>1);(2)Relevant factors of the RE group and the control group were analyzed by a single factor. On Helicobacter pylori,gastrin-17,and metabolic syndrome, there was statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).When performing the two-class multi-factor logistic regression analysis on the above three meaningful indicators, the data suggest that Helicobacter pylori has a negative correlation with reflux esophagitis(P<0.05,OR<1),and gastrin and metabolism are comprehensive Signs were positively correlated with reflux esophagitis(P<0.05,OR>1);(3)There was no significant difference between the RE group and the control group in the age group; Conclusions 1.H.pylori infection is negatively correlated with reflux esophagitis,H.pylori infection may delay and prevent the occurrence and development of reflux esophagitis;2.Metabolic syndrome is positively correlated with RE,combined with metabolic synthesis Symptoms may increase the incidence and prevalence of reflux esophagitis;3.monitoring serum gastrin-17 may have certain effects on the prediction of RE;4.high fasting blood glucose may increase the risk of reflux esophagitis;5.Early intervention of BMI and abdominal circumference may reduce the incidence of reflux esophagitis;5.RE has no significant correlation with gender, age, hypertension, diabetes, and dyslipidemia.
