Reflux esophagitis is a type of gastroesophageal reflux disease. RE is a anti-gastroesophageal reflux junction institutional barriers, leadi ng to anti-gastric or intestinal contents into the esophagus, causing esoph ageal mucosa or esophageal tissue damage. Recent years, with the improvemen t of people's living standards, the pressure increases, and Hp infection le ads to mental stress, smoking, alcoholism, poor diet and other factors, the incidence of RE domestic gradually rise. However, the dialectical clinical classification of RE are not unified, and more by the lack of existing standards for clinical epidemiology, has not been generall y accepted and promotion. This study used epidemiological methods combined with mathematical statistics, a preliminary to the RE classification of TCM clinical syndrome, the characteristics of syndrome elements for the RE to improve clinical efficacy and standardization of some basis of syndrome. This paper reviewed the literature and clinical studies of two par ts: literature review is divided into three parts, the first in the medical aspects of the knowledge of RE, including the name of disease, pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation research and Differential Treatment; The second st udy analyzed the literature based on RE's Syndrome, syndrome element distri bution; third review of modern medicine in recent years the pathogenesis of RE, diagn osis and classification, treatment, and finally reveals the past 10 years, and RE correlation of Hp. Part of clinical research on RE and Hp-positive and negative clinical data of patients investigated, the use of frequency analysis, factor analysis, statistical methods, RE and Hp-positive and nega tive distribution in patients with TCM syndromes, syndromes, permit the dis tribution of elements Related research.Derived by factor analysis syndromes RE: hepatogastric Yu heat, liver spleen, spleen and stomach; The syndrome is as follows:liver and stomach Yu heat > liver depression and spleen > spleen and stomach, to liver and stomach heat syndrome most depressed. However, reflux esophagitis syndrome distribution in Hp-positive and negative patients with no significant difference.
