Objective Based on the characteristics of carbon nanoparticles in Mongolian medicine Har gaber, this article explores the pharmacological substance basis of Har gaber through many experiments such as microstructure, composition and antibacterial performance. In addition,to explore the scientific connotation of traditional technology and raw material selection of black ice tablet,to find possible substitutes for black ice tablet, and to solve the problems of lack of wild resources and using excrement as medicine.Method 1)Extraction and separation of carbon nanoparticles from Har gaber: After comminution, sieving and ultrasonic dispersion, the Mongolian medicine Har gabe was separated into carbon nanoparticles with different particle sizes by differential centrifugation. The particles were analyzed by XRD(diffraction of x-rays),SEM(scanning electron microscope)and TEM(transmission electron microscope);ICP(inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer)was used to analyze the element composition.2)Fluorescence and antibacterial properties: The fluorescence properties and quantum yield of nanoparticles with different sizes were analyzed by fluorescence spectrophotometer; The MIC(minimum inhibitory concentration)and MBC(minimum bactericidal concentration)of carbon nanoparticles were determined by the constant broth dilution method.3)By analyzing the feeding habits of wild boar and sorting the residues in the feces of wild boar, acorn and liquorice were selected as raw materials to study the effect of feeding habits of wild boar on the quality of Har gaber.By analyzing the wild boar diet and sorting the residues in wild boar manure, the acorn and licorice were selected as raw materials to explore the effect of wild boar diet on the quality of Har gaber. Results 1)The collection of carbon nanoparticles: By using 30% ethanol solution as the dispersion medium and controlling the rotating speed of the centrifuge, carbon nanoparticles with particle size ranging from 1500-700 nm,700-200 nm,200-100 nm and 100-20 nm can be effectively separated. With the increase of centrifugation speed, the sheet like nanostructures in the samples increased, while the irregular block like particles decreased;2)Studies on fluorescence and antibacterial properties: The fluorescence quantum yield and antibacterial properties of carbon nanoparticles are related to their particle size. The smaller the particle size, the higher the performance. The results show that acorn can obtain more abundant carbon nanostructures and better properties.Conclusion.Carbon nanoparticles in Har gaber can be separated effectively by differential centrifugation. Its fluorescent and antibacterialproperties are related to their particle size. The findings provide a quantifiable index for the establishment of the quality evaluation system of black ice sheet. After calcining, acorn can form carbon nanospheres with high adsorption properties, which are expected to replace part of the functions of Har gaber.
