Objective:The vitro adhesion antibacterial experiments was conducted to explore the effects of the antibacterial properties of the nano-silver-loaded zirconium phosphate which was added to polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA)resin specimens with different proportion against Streptococcus Salivary and Lactobacillus Salivary.Methods:The nano-silver-loaded zirconium phosphate antibacterial powder(Type Conval PAg-40)was added into the PMMA at the ratio of 0%,0.7%,1%,3%,5% and 7%,and each makes 10 specimens in size of 20 mm × 20 mm × 2 mm,taking 0% as control group.After grinding and polishing all specimens,used laser confocal microscopy to observe the polished surface without scratches of specimens and measured the surface roughness values which differences has no statistically significant.According to Antimicrobial Property Detection Methods for Nano-inorganic Materials(GB/T 21510-2008),after bacterial resuscitation,preparation of bacterial suspension and aseptic treatment of specimens,the antibacterial property of the antibacterial specimens to Lactobacillus Salivarius and Streptococcus Salivarius was tested by the film-sticking method.At the same time,analyze the correlation between the antibacterial property of these specimens and the proportion of antibacterial agent.Results:1.Using the laser confocal microscope to observe the polished surface of each group of resin specimens which was basically smooth,and the undulating three-dimensional graph showed that the whole surface color was similar,representing extremely flat.The roughness values of antibacterial agent with proportion of 0.7%,1%,3%,5%,7% of the resin specimens compared with the control group,there was no significant difference in the roughness values(P > 0.05).2.The antibacterial rate to Streptococcus Salivarius of antibacterial agent with proportion of 1%,3%,5%,7% of the resin specimens were 26%、42%、78%、91%respectively(P<0.05).The antibacterial rate of antibacterial agent with proportion of 0.7% of the resin specimens has no obvious antimicrobial property(P>0.05).3.The antibacterial rate to Lactobacillus Salivarius of antibacterial agent with proportion of 1%,3%,5%,7% of the resin specimens were 22%、49%、68%、88% respectively(P<0.05).The antibacterial rate of antibacterial agent with proportion of 0.7% of the resin specimens has no obvious antimicrobial property(P>0.05).Conclusion:The results showed that the PMMA resin specimens added with the nano-silver-loaded zirconium phosphate has antibacterial activity against Streptococcus Salivarius and Lactobacillus Salivarius,and the antibacterial rate increased with the increase of the proportion of antibacterial agent.
