Objective: To investigate the effect of transcranial direct current stimulation(t DCS)combined with traditional rehabilitation therapy on the functional recovery of patients with stroke hand dysfunction,to observe the occurrence of adverse reactions, and to explore the synergy of the two in the treatment of hand dysfunction.Effect,to provide relevant data basis for subsequent clinical rehabilitation treatment and research. Methods: Thirty patients with hand dysfunction who met the inclusion criteria and were treated in the rehabilitation department of the Inner Mongolia Medical University Hospital from 2018.10 to 2019.10 were randomly divided into the control group(15)and the observation group(15 in the t DCS group). The basic data of the two groups of research subjects were statistically compared. The control group received basic training. The observation group was given transcranial direct current stimulation on the basis of the control group. At the same time, the upper limb NIHSS score and Fugl-Meyer scale before and after rehabilitation were recorded. The Barthel index, hemiplegia finger skill test, hand grip test, and hand sensory function score(Lindmark score)and other indicators were also used to observe and analyze the patient's brain 3D-ASL and other results. Results: There was no statistical difference in the basic data between the two groups of patients(P> 0.05).The control group and the observation group The NIHSS score before treatment was(8.94 ± 1.97)VS(8.85 ± 2.05)(P> 0.05),After treatment,it was(6.83 ± 1.78)VS(5.31 ± 1.57)(P <0.05);The Fugl-Meyer scale before treatment was divided into(17.19 ±8.01)VS(18.15 ± 9.18)(P> 0.05),After treatment,it was(23.28 ± 16.58)VS(29.73 ± 8.56)(P <0.05);Self-care ability score scale before treatment(33.58 ± 12.06)VS(33.96 ± 13.38),(P> 0.05),After treatment,it was(46.58 ± 6.93)VS(55.57 ± 5.88)(P <0.05);Thepre-treatment hemiplegia finger function score table was(2.14 ± 1.33)VS(2.17 ± 1.35)(P>0.05),After treatment,it was(3.48 ± 0.89)VS(5.14 ± 0.71)(P <0.05);The grip strength before treatment was(10.05 ± 4.59)VS(9.98 ± 4.84)(P> 0.05).After treatment,it was(13.18± 5.89)VS(17.58 ± 5.91)(P <0.05);Lindmark score comparison before treatment was(11.38± 2.68)VS(10.94 ± 2.09),After treatment,it was(19.87 ± 2.31)VS(23.19 ± 2.23).Conclusion: t DCS combined with traditional rehabilitation therapy has a good effect on the functional recovery of patients with stroke and hand dysfunction. It can effectively improve the finger function and grip strength of patients, and improve their self-care ability and quality of life.It is worthy of further clinical application.
