| Objective:The study used the method of evidence-based medicine to the randomized controlled trial(RCT)of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET),in the process of acupuncture and moxibustion in IVF-ET pregnancy outcome(Clinical pregnancy rate,Biochemical pregnancy rate,Ongoing pregnancy rate,Live birth rates)Meta analysis,in order to further improve the research level of acupuncture and moxibustion auxiliary intervention in IVF-ET,treatments,and provide theoretical and clinical basis for document quality.Methods:Chinese and English databases were searched by manual and computer research from their inception to February 15,2020.The English databases included EMBASE,Pub Med,Web of Science,Cochrane Library.The Chinese databases included the VIP,CNKI and Wanfang database to evaluate the efficacy of acupuncture Assisted Intervention in IVF-ET.The treatment group included traditional acupuncture,electroacupuncture,warming acupuncture and auricular acupuncture,while the control group included acupoint consolation,consolation and blank control.Using the developed retrieval strategy to select the documents that meet the inclusion exclusion criteria,using Cochrane bias risk tool to evaluate the quality of the included documents,using Revman 5.3 software to combine the effect amount of each result,and finally to analyze and discuss the results.Results:The results are as follows:1.Acupuncture assisted IVF-ET treatment can improve the CPR [RR=1.27,95%CI(1.15,1.41);Z=4.96,P<0.00001].2.Acupuncture and moxibustion assisted IVF-ET can improve the LBR[RR=1.26,95%CI(1.01,1.59);Z=2.20,P=0.04].3.Acupuncture assisted IVF-ET treatment can improve the rate of OPR[RR=1.26,95%CI(1.01,1.57);Z=2.04,P=0.04].4.In improving the BPR of IVF-ET,there was no significant difference between acupuncture group and control group.5.Acupuncture intervention on IVF-ET patients in the course of superovulation can significantly improve the CPR[RR=1.47,95%CI(1.25,1.72);Z=4.72,P<0.00001].6.Acupuncture intervention on IVF-ET patients in multiple periods can significantly improve the CPR[RR=1.47,95% CI(1.25,1.72);Z=3.74,P=0.0002].7.There was no significant difference in CPR between acupuncture group and control group.[RR=1.17,95%CI(0.97,1.41);Z=1.65,P=0.10].8.There was no significant difference in the CPR between the acupuncture group and the control group before and after the time of transvaginal egg collection [RR=1.00,95% CI(0.78,1.29);Z=0.02,P=0.99]9.The clinical pregnancy rate of IVF-ET can be increased by acupuncture alone[RR=1.22,95%CI(1.05,1.41);Z=2.62,P=0.009].10.Electroacupuncture assisted IVF-ET treatment can improve the CPR[RR=1.26,95%CI(1.13,1.42);Z=3.96,P<0.0001].11.Warm acupuncture and moxibustion assisted IVF-ET treatment can improve the CPR[RR=1.99,95%CI(1.38,2.89);Z=3.66,P=0.0003] Conclusion:1.Acupuncture assisted IVF-ET treatment can improve the CPR,OPR and LBR.2.Acupuncture assisted IVF-ET can not improve the BPR.3.Acupuncture intervention on IVF-ET in the course of ovarian hyperstimulation or in multiple periods can significantly improve the CPR.Acupuncture intervention before and after embryo transfer and the time of transvaginal egg collection can not improve the CPR.4.The treatment of IVF-ET with simple manipulation acupuncture,electroacupuncture and warm acupuncture can improve the CPR.5.In the future,we can further refine the research plan around the timing and course of acupuncture,carry out large sample,multi center RCT research,and compare the best time of acupuncture intervention.To provide more evidence-based basis for acupuncture and moxibustion in IVF-ET treatment. |
