A Research Which Is Current Curative Expenditure Of Respiratory Diseases In Sichuan Province Based On“System Of Health Account 2011”

Research objectives: Through for the treatment of respiratory diseases in Sichuan province cost accounting and analysis,to understand the amount of respiratory system diseases,beneficiaries(including age,gender and diseases),the distribution of information flow and financing plan,research different benefit groups and different types,different types of institutions and financing plan,financing plan and beneficiaries of the two-dimensional cross fee structure,and then find the focus of the respiratory system treatment disease,focus groups and financing plan,to alleviate the family burden of respiratory disease treatment,prevention and control of the respiratory system disease,respiratory health improve residents to provide reference and related policy Suggestions.Research methods: According to the OECD,Eurostat,the World Health Organization released "A System of Health Accounts 2011 Edition(SHA2011)" is the basic accounting framework of medical cost accounting System 2011,combined with Sichuan province as special cases of respiratory disease treatment cost accounting,using questionnaire investigation with interview method and way to collect the relevant data,using Stata14.0 and SPSS19.0 calculation analysis software.Results: according to the accounting results,the treatment cost of respiratory diseases in Sichuan province in 2018 was 30.709 billion yuan,accounting for 15.82% of the treatment cost of regular health expenses in Sichuan province and 0.75% of the GDP of Sichuan province in 2018.Household health expenditures amounted to 11.324 billion yuan,accounting for 36.87% of the total.It was higher than that of THE total health expenditure(THE)of Sichuan province in THE same period(27.94%).The treatment cost of respiratory diseases in general hospitals was the largest(42.64%),while that of maternal and child health institutions was the smallest(3.99%).From the distribution of beneficiary groups,people aged 0-4 years had the highest proportion of treatment expenses,which was as high as 17.59%.The treatment expenses of respiratory diseases in males were higher than those in females,which were 55.57% and 44.43% respectively.The top three expense groups were chronic lower respiratory disease,influenza and pneumonia,and acute upper respiratory infection.The top three expense groups were chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,pneumonia(not specifically referred to as a pathogen),and acute upper respiratory infection(multiple and not specifically referred to as a site).A two-dimensional cross-comparison showed that men were more likely to suffer from occupational lung disease,while women were more likely to suffer from respiratory tract infection.Before the age of 55,the ratio of outpatient services to treatment costs was greater than that of in-patient services,and the opposite was true thereafter.People aged 10-39 are more likely to seek treatment in out-patient institutions,and those aged 55-74 are more likely to seek treatment in primary medical and health institutions and general hospitals.With the growth of age,people are increasingly interested in TCM hospitals.Young people account for the largest proportion of household health expenditure,government health financing programmes are more evenly distributed in each age group,and voluntary health care payment programmes account for less.Conclusion: respiratory diseases in Sichuan province the total cost of treatment to be reckoned with,optimize financing structure,attaches great importance to the key people and focus on the prevention and control of diseases,people under the age of thirty families health burden is heavy,attaches great importance to the children's respiratory tract infection,reduce the family burden,and control the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)in the elderly,intensify the construction of medical level,a reasonable guide patients go to a doctor.
