| Objective: to analyze and summarize the data of 1189 death cases of respiratory diseases in the Department of respiratory and critical medicine of the Fourth Affiliated Clinical Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from 2009 to 2018,so as to provide potential scientific basis and clinical methods for clinical work and disease control in the future.Methods: according to the formula of calculating the sample size,the sample size was about 1000,and the actual sample size was 1189.Excel 2008 was used to build the database,SPSS 23.0 software was used to analyze and plot the data.Results: the death rate of male(71%)was significantly higher than that of female(29%).The age group of73-84 years old(46.6%)and the age group of > 85 years old(39%)were the peak of death age.The age group of less than 40 years old(1.2%)had the lowest death rate.The first cause of death was chronic airway disease(43%),the death rate of smoking history was54.3%,and 1119(94.2%)had respiratory diseases Before death,there was infection.The proportion of death in winter(26.6%)was the highest in the four seasons of the year,and the proportion of death in solar terms was the highest in Xiaohan(5.4%);the child time(23:00-1:00 of the day))was the peak of death.Conclusion: 1.The death rate of men was significantly higher than that of women.The highest death rate was in the middle-aged group(73-84 years old)and the elderly group(over 85 years old).The first death cause of respiratory diseases was chronic airway diseases.The death rate of smoking and infection accounted for a large proportion.It can be concluded that age,gender,smoking history and infection are the high risk factors of respiratory diseases death.2.2.The time of death of patients with respiratory diseases,the number of deaths concentrated in winter,mild cold;according to the time of death,the distribution mainly concentrated in the sub hours.Therefore,in the future clinical process,patients with respiratory diseases should pay close attention to the changes of patients’ condition in the three time periods of winter,mild cold and childhood.By mastering the rhythm information of disease death in time,corresponding measures should be taken,so as to achieve the purpose of reducing disease mortality. |
