Research On Treatment Methods,prescriptions And Drugs For Cancer Fever Based On Data Mining

Objective:Using the method of mathematical statistics,this essay deeply excavates the four diagnostic information,syndromes,high-frequency prescription s and their correlation in the TCM literature related to cancerous fever,and explores the treatment principles and medication rules of cancerous fever.with a v iew to providing a reference for the treatment of cancerous fever and provide an objective basi s for the research and development of Chinese patent medicine related to cancerous fever.Methods:Collecting and sorting the relevant literature on diagnosis and treatment of cancerous fever of traditional Chinese medicine collected by China Knowledge Netw ork,Wanfang Medical Network,and VIP Chines e Journal Service Platform in the past 30 years.The information of four diagnoses,syndrome types,and prescriptions in the target literature were standardized,and the corresponding database was established.Us ing IBM SPSS 25.0 and IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 two statistical software,frequency analysis,factor analysis,cluster analysis and association rule analysis of tongue veins,symptoms,prescriptions distribution,from different angles to explore the symptoms,syndromes,drugs Implied laws.Finally,the facts of clinical syndrome,treatment and the logic of literary theory are compared and confirmed,so as to make an in-depth study of the law of diagnosis and treatment of cancerous fever.Results: Through the data mining study of 276 TCM literature on the diagnosis and treatment of cancerous fever,the TCM diagnosis and treatment rules of cancerous fever based on the l iterature were sorted out,which can provide a reference for clinical and scientific research.1.Generally speaking,in the process of carcinomatous fever,excess and deficiency syndrome are far more than deficiency and excess syndrome.But its basic synd rome type and main syndrome type,as well as tongue and pulse,are more deficiency syndrome and less empirical evidence.It shows that there is a side of deficiency and excess in the pathogenesis of cancerous fever.2.The syndrome differentiation methods o f cancerous fever are mainly eight-class syndrome differentiation and Qi-blood-liquid-fluid pattern identification,most of which are systemic lesions.The most common syndrome differentiation of Zang-fu organs are liver and spleen,and the most common man ifestations are damp-heat of liver meridian and fever of spleen deficiency.Heat toxin,blood s tasis,and dampness-heat are the main pathological products;deficiency syndrome is mainly yin deficiency,qi deficiency,yang deficiency,qi-yin deficiency,qi-blood deficiency,and blood deficiency.3.According to the statistical analysis of the prescr iption,it was found that clearing deficiency heat,tonifying qi,reconciling Shaoyang,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis were the basic treatment of cancerous fever.According to the analysis of oral medicine,it is concluded that cancerous fever should be treated by invigorating qi,nourishing yin,clearing heat,cooling blood,detoxification,and dispelling evil.4.Proprietary Chinese medicine is mainly for clearing heat and detoxification,promoting blood circulation and removing blo od stasis,replenishing qi,there is no proprietary Chinese medicine for Yin deficiency fever,damp-heat accumulation and other high-frequency syndrome,so we can do corresponding research and dev elopment.5.The literature reports many kinds of external tr eatment methods,such as acupuncture,bloodletting,cupping and bloodletting,acupoint application,acupoint closure,acupoint catgut embedding,enema,anus,external application of palms,belly b utton,nasal drops,wiping bath and so on,which is worth po pularizing.Conclusion: The syndrome type of cancer fever is in the state of deficiency and excess,and deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality is the basic pathogenesis feature of cance r fever;heat toxin,blood stasis,and damp-heat are the mai n pathological products;deficiency syndrome is mainly yin deficiency and qi deficiency.Clearing deficiency heat,tonifying qi,reconciling Shaoyang,promoting blood circulation,and removing blo od stasis is the basic treatment of cancer fever.
