Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Cancerous Fever (Yang Deficiency Fever Syndrome) With Zaizao Powder

Objective:The purpose of this study is to verify the effectiveness and safety of modified Zaizao Powder in the treatment of cancer fever(Yang deficiency fever syndrome)by observing the clinical efficacy of modified Zaizao Powder in the treatment of cancer fever(Yang deficiency fever syndrome).It provides a safe and effective method for the treatment of cancer fever.Methods: From June 2017 to December 2018,the patients with cancer fever(yang deficiency fever syndrome)in the inpatient department of hepatosplenogastric diseases in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the inclusion criteria in the experimental design.Treatment group: modified traditional Chinese medicine decoction,one dose a day,150 ml at a time,half an hour after breakfast and dinner.Control group: indomethacin suppository was included in anus and 25 mg was given temporarily when the body temperature reached 38.3℃.Both groups were treated with one week as a course of treatment.The changes of body temperature were observed during the treatment.From the first day of treatment,the patients were closely monitored and recorded in detail.The maximum body temperature during heat is recorded and the interval between the recovery of body temperature and the next onset of fever is recorded and included in the statistical analysis.During the observation period,the subjects could cooperate with western medicine support therapy,but should not use other antipyretic and analgesic drugs and drugs that may have an impact on cancer fever.The changes of symptoms and signs between the two groups were closely observed and recorded during the course of treatment,and the differences between before and after treatment were compared at the end of the course of treatment.Results: There were 60 patients who had completed the experiment and entered the statistical analysis.Among them,30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group.There were 2 cases of adverse reactions in the course of the experiment,among them,there were no adverse reactions in the treatment group,2 cases in the control group,and 2cases in the control group.However,after the treatment of symptomatic treatment by western medicine,we can continue to carry on clinical observation.The results of statistical and data analysis of 60 patients were as follows:From 48 hours after treatment to the end of course of treatment,the average value of body temperature peak of each fever between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the antipyretic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.The quality of life in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the quality of life(P<0.05).Comparison of TCM syndrome scores: after treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was significantly superior to the control group in improving TCM syndromes(P<0.01).The total effective rate of the treatment group was90%.Recovery,marked effect,effective and ineffective were 1,respectively.In the control group,the total effective rate was 63.33%,which was cured,markedly effective,effective and ineffective in 4 cases,8 cases,7 cases and 11 cases,respectively.There was significant difference in the interval between fever and fever between the two groups after 48 hours of treatment(P<0.05),which indicated that the refever time could be delayed in the treatment group.The antipyretic effect was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:The treatment of cancer fever(yang deficiency fever syndrome)can effectively cool down,reduce the peak temperature of body temperature,delay the time of refever,relieve fatigue,spontaneous sweating,less breath and laziness,anorexia and other clinical symptoms.The results showed that the prescription could effectively eliminate or alleviate the clinical symptoms of the patients,improve their quality of life and have no toxic and side effects.
