| Objective:Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA)model was used to explore the clinical efficac y and relative effectiveness of TCM comprehensive treatment for patients with low ba ck pain,in order to seek a more safe,effective and economical comprehensive treatm ent for patients with low back pain.Methods:1.The outpatients with low back pain of qi stagnation a nd blood stasis diagnosed in the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of TCM from 06.2018 to 06.2019 w ere analyzed retrospectively.A total of 71 patients who met the criteria,inclusion crit eria and exclusion criteria were divided into three groups:There were 24 patients in th e electroacupuncture group(electroacupuncture+massage),25 patients in the pestle nee dle group(pestle needle+massage),22 patients in the combined group(electroacupunc ture+pestle needle+massage).2.The clinical data of the three groups before and after treatment were collected a nd sorted out.The pain and dysfunction of the three groups were evaluated by visual analog score(VAS),Oswestry dysfunction index questionnaire(ODI)and Japanese O rthopaedic Association low back pain score(JOA)before and after treatment.3.After summarizing the clinical data,all the clinical data were analyzed by SPSS20.0 statistical software.According to the principle of operational research,taking each patient as the decision-making units(DMUs),the treatment cost and treatment time as the input index,and the improved values of VAS score,ODI index and JOA score as the output index,the comprehensive efficiency and relaxation variables of the decisi on-making unit were statistically analyzed by DEAP2.1 software.Results:1.There was no significant difference in baseline data such as sex,age,course o f disease and observation index before treatment among the three groups(P>0.05),but was at the same baseline level before treatment.2.After treatment,the VAS score and ODI index decreased and the JOA score i ncreased significantly of the three groups of patients,the differences were statistically si gnificant(P<0.01).Meanwhile,there was no significant difference in VAS score,ODI index and JOA score among the three groups(P>0.05).3.The comprehensive efficiency of the three groups showed that pestle needle gr oup(0.62)>combination group(0.61)>electroacupuncture group(0.58),2 of 71 D MUs were effective in DEA(both in pestle needle group group),13 in weak DEA gr oup(5 in electroacupuncture group,6 in pestle needle group,5 in combination group),DEA was ineffective in 53 cases(electroacupuncture group 19,pestle needle group 17,combination group 17).In the evaluation of relaxation degree,the relaxation variabl es of VAS score and ODI index of pestle needle group were the lowest(S1~+:0.80;S3~+:1.43),which were closer to the ideal value,while the relaxation variable of JOA sco re of electroacupuncture group was the best(S2~+:0.76),which was closer to the ideal state.Conclusion:1.Whether it is electroacupuncture group(electroacupuncture+massage),pestle needle group(pestle needle+massage)or combined group(electroacupuncture+pestle needle+massage),it has good clinical effect on low back pain of qi stagnation and blood stasis type.2.Using pestle needle in the treatment of LDH,can also obtain better clinical effect,and there is no significant difference among the three groups.3.The comprehensive evaluation of input and output of pestle needle group is t he best,that is,it can reduce the treatment cost and time investment,and achieve a r elatively better treatment effect,which accords with the treatment principle of simple a nd inexpensive traditional Chinese medicine.Clubbing needle has the advantage of no n-invasive compared with acupuncture,which is worth further popularizing.4.The application of data Envelopment Analysis(DEA)in the evaluation of the relative effectiveness of TCM comprehensive treatment schemes has good applicability and reliability,which provides a broader idea for the efficiency evaluation of compre hensive treatment schemes. |
