Objective: To investigate the clinical effect and the vaginal microecology of bacterial vaginosis after treating with Hong He Fu Jie lotion.Method: 31 patients with bacterial vaginosis(BV)treated in the gynecological clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups,according to the randomized grouping,double-blind design,and parallel design of positive drugs.The test group was treated with Hong He Fu Jie lotion,while the control group was treated with Metronidazole.Patients were visited in 3 days and 28 days after the test finished to compare the clinical symptoms,pathological signs,and the vaginal microecology of the two groups,and the effects of two drugs on BV were compared.Results: 1.Main efficacy indicators: 3 days after finishing test,compare the patients' rate of Nugent score<7 in two groups.The rate of the Nugent score<7 of the test group was 66.67%,while the control group was 62.50%.The non-inferiority test was not established(-0.2939<-0.15),and the difference had no statistical significant.2.Secondary efficacy indicators: 2.1 Nugent score: 3 days after finishing test,compare the Nugent score with before getting treat,the change value of the Nugent score in the test group was-3.20±2.71,while the control group was-3.38±2.42,and the difference had no statistical significant(P=0.86>0.05).28 days after finishing test,compared with the Nugent score before getting treat,the change value of the Nugent score in the test group was-4.53±2.90,while the control group was-3.56±2.91,and the difference had no statistical significant(P = 0.38>0.05).2.2 Morphological indicators: 3 days after finishing test,compare the changes of morphological indicators with before getting treat in the two groups.The density of the flora(P=1.00),diversity of the flora(P=0.89),advantages Comparison of bacteria (P=0.51),fungal infection(P=1.00),trichomoniasis(P=1.00),Lactobacillus classification(P=0.77),and the difference had no statistical significant.28 days after finishing test,compare the changes of morphological indicators with before getting treat in the two groups.The density of the flora(P=1.00),diversity of the flora(P=0.67),advantages Comparison of bacteria(P=0.36),trichomoniasis(P=0.86),Lactobacillus classification(P=0.31),and the difference had no statistical significant;spore(P=0.04),and the difference had significant.2.3 Functional indicators: 3 days after finishing test,compare the changes of functional indicators with before getting treat in the two groups.The difference of p H(P=0.68)and H2O2(P=0.31)had no statistical significant.28 days after finishing test,compare the changes of functional indicators with before getting treat in the two groups.The difference of p H(P=0.25)and H2O2(P=0.29)had no statistical significant.2.4 TCM Syndrome Score: 3 days after finishing test,compared the TCM Syndrome Score with before getting treat in two groups,the change value of the TCM Syndrome Score in the test group was-4.47±2.50,while the control group was-3.94±2.59,and the difference had no statistical significant(P=0.58>0.05).Conclusion: 1.Hong He Fu Jie lotion has a high effective rate for the treatment of bacterial vaginosis,which significantly reduce the Nugent score;2.By affecting the vaginal flora morphology and function,relieving the main symptoms of bacterial vaginosis,Hong He Fu Jie Lotion can effectively restore the vaginal microecological balance of patients with BV;3.Hong He Fu Jie Lotion has fewer complications,fewer adverse reactions and high drug safety in the treatment of bacterial vaginosis,and it is worth promoting in the clinic.
