Comparison Of Clinical Effect Of Micro Acupuncture,Micro Acupuncture And Pestle Needle In Shaping Face

Objective:Through deploying the treatments of “micro-needling”,“micro acupuncture” and “pestle needling” on 90 cases of beauty seekers suffering from facial fatness,the curative effects and differences among these three treatments are observed and studied,with the aim to come up with the treatment scheme which is simple in operation,creating accurate curative effects,having minimum side effects,and also suitable for application and promotion in clinic.Methods:Through lot drawing,the 90 beauty seekers suffering from facial fatness and reaching the set standard were randomly divided into the following three groups:micro-needling group(30 cases),micro acupuncture group(30 cases)and pestle needling group(30 cases),to undergo controlled clinical trials.There are three courses of treatments for each of these three groups.In each course of treatment,there are six treatments,with one treatment in every three days.The changes in the contours of the facial soft tissues of the three groups are recorded.Upon the completion of the courses of treatments,statistics and analysis were carried out on the differences in the curative effects that the three treatment methods have created on the beauty seekers suffering from facial fatness.Results:(1)All the three treatment methods have certain curative effects on facial fatness.However,there are significant differences among the three groups(P<0.05),out of which the curative effect of the micro acupuncture group is better than that of the micro-needling group and pestle needling group(P<0.05),and the curative effect of the micro-needling group is better than that of the pestle needling group(P<0.05).(2)Significant improvements have been witnessed in all the indicators of the micro-needling group and micro acupuncture group,with all the differences having statistical meanings(P<0.05).In the pestle needling group,despite the significant improvement on the point-E marginal mandible and the angle on the horizontal level after the treatment,the difference does not have statistical meaning,and all the otherfive indicators have seen remarkable improvements(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)All the three methods of micro-needling,micro acupuncture,and pestle needling are safe and effective in treating facial fatness,with short treatment duration and no toxic side effects,thus they can cater to modern people's appeal of lunch-style cosmetic treatment.This offers new direction for modern cosmetic treatment methods.(2)The combination of micro-needling and moxibustion works more effectively than simply using only micro-needling or pestle needling,thus it's worth further clinical research and application.
