Objective:The clinical effect of Floating needle therapy on postherpetic neuralgia is observed by randomized control method.Methods:108 patients in the experimental group were randomly assigned to 36 patients in each of the experimental group, control group 1 and control group 2.The experimental group was treated with Fu's Subcutaneous Neefling and common acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine.Control group 1 received acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine;Control group 2 received Chinese medicine.4 weeks of treatment and 3 months of follow-up;The grading standard score of pain degree, grading standard score of pain duration, grading standard score of pain interval, and grading standard of TCM symptoms were recorded, and the differences in the curative effects of the three groups were statistically analyzedResults:1.Efficacy index of the three groups: the total effective rate of the experimental group was 94.11%;The total effective rate of control group 1 was 85.29%.The total effective rate of the control group was 67.65%.Chi-square test showed that P<0.001.2.Pain grade, pain duration grade, pain interval grade and TCM symptom quantification grade were improved in the three groups.Using one-way analysis of variance, the pain grade, pain duration grade, pain interval grade, and TCM symptom quantification grade of the first three groups of patients were rated as P>.P<0.05 after 4 weeks of treatment, the difference was statistically significant. This indicated that compared with the control group, the experimental group could significantly reduce the degree of pain, shorten the duration of pain, extend the interval of pain, and improve the quantification of TCM symptoms.3.The recurrence rates of the three groups were 0.00%,20.00% and 37.50%,respectively,in the experimental group, control group 1 and control group 2,1 month after the treatment. The recurrence rates of the experimental group, control group 1 and control group 2 were 7.40%,40.00% and 62.50%,respectively,2 months after the treatment. The recurrence rates of the experimental group, control group 1 and control group 2 were 11.1%,46% and 75%,respectively,3 months after the treatment.Chi-square test showed that P<0.05,indicating that the recurrence rate of the experimental group was significantly reduced compared with the control group.4.In the treatment process, there were no patients in the three groups who withdrew from the experiment due to obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion:1.Floating acupuncture combined with reperfusion has certain efficacy in the treatment of post-herpetic neuralgia caused by qi stagnation and blood stasis, which can significantly reduce the pain degree, shorten the duration and interval of pain, and improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine, such as itching, burning, tactile sensitivity and tingling.2.The efficacy of floating acupuncture combined with reperfusion and ordinary acupuncture combined with oral administration of xufuzhuyu decoction was significantly better than that of ordinary acupuncture combined with xufuzhuyu decoction and oral administration of xufuzhuyu decoction in reducing the degree of pain, shortening the duration of pain, prolonging the interval of pain, improving the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine, and improving the comprehensive efficacy.3.Floating needle combined with reperfusion therapy is beneficial to reduce the recurrence rate;4.Floating acupuncture combined with reperfusion, ordinary acupuncture and oral administration of xufuzhuyu decoction in the treatment of post-herpetic neuralgia with qi stagnation and blood stasis can significantly enhance the clinical efficacy.
