Objective:Through the research on this topic, through comparison before and after the treatment group and control group patients subjective symptoms and changes of the objective indicators related to evaluation and observe the acupuncture combined therapy with voice training muscle tone of voice disorder of qi stagnancy and blood stasis syndrome clinical efficacy, screening for the treatment of muscle tone of voice disorders(MTD)has the special advantage of traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive treatment plan.In order to guide clinical treatment. Methods:In this study,a single blind and random method was used to design the controlled experiment, which was divided into two groups:voice training group and acupuncture combined voice training group.A total of 40 patients with muscular tone disorders(qi-stagnation and blood-stasis type)were selected from the otorhinolaryngology department of the affiliated hospital of chengdu university of traditional Chinese medicine from April 2019 to October 2019,and all of them were clearly diagnosed according to the diagnostic criteria of Chinese and western medicine. The subjects were divided into experimental group and control group, with 20 cases in each group. In the experimental group, acupuncture combined with voice training and behavioral intervention was used, while in the control group, pure voice training and behavioral intervention were used. The needles were retained for 30 minutes each time for smooth toning and purging, and the voice training was performed for 40 minutes each time for 4 times of treatment, once a week. The total course of treatment is 30 days. Before and after treatment, subjects should complete laryngoscopy examination, fill in clinical case observation form, record recordings, analyze voices, and finally collect data and conclude conclusions,so as to observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with voice training in the treatment of muscular tone disorders.Results:1.Voice Handicap Index(vhi-10)There was no significant difference between the two groups in the voice disorder index analysis before treatment, and the score of the voice disorder index scale in the experimental group after treatment was significantly lower than the score of the voice disorder index scale in the control group except for the affective index. In terms of the score of the voice disorders index scale, except for the affective index, the results of the experimental group after treatment were significantly better than those of the control group.2.Integral of TCM symptom scaleThere was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment. After treatment, the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).The scores of the two groups were lower after treatment than before treatment, indicating that the treatment was effective, and the efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.3.Comparison of acoustic analysis results of voice:There were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in the basic frequency parameters, the longest vocalization time and the score of the voice disorder index scale after treatment. All of them were better than those before treatment, and the effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group after treatment.Conclusion:1.There was no significant difference in the indicators between the two groups before treatment, suggesting comparability. In addition to the affective index in the voice disorder index scale, there were significant differences in the basic frequency parameters, the longest vocalization time, the score of the voice disorder index table, the score of the Chinese medicine symptom scale and the ratio before treatment between the two groups after treatment.2.There was a significant difference in the indexes of the experimental group before and after treatment, and the scores of the experimental group after treatment were better than those before treatment. After treatment, the experimental group was better than the control group. After treatment, the experimental group was better than the control group. The experimental group was better than the control group, indicating that acupuncture combined with voice training was more effective than voice training alone in the treatment of muscular tone disorders.3.The low sample content and subjective differences of the subjects may be the main reasons,so it is necessary to increase the sample content in the later stage.During the experiment, data analysis was carried out for several times to take the average value,so as to more accurately observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture therapy combined with voice training in the treatment of muscular tone disorders.
