Huangdi Neijing is composed of two parts: Suwen and Lingshu.It is the earliest classical medicine masterpiece that comprehensively and systematically expounds the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine in China.It is regarded as the "family of doctors" by successive dynasties and has a far-reaching impact on the medicine of later generations.It is a must read work for medical scholars to enter the room.Based on Huangdi Neijing Suwen and lingshujing published by people's Health Publishing House in 2005,the theoretical content and diagnosis and treatment methods of five viscera fever are clearly described in the book.Research objective: by using the method of literature and theoretical research,the original text of five viscera fever in Huangdi Neijing was summarized,and the etiology and pathogenesis of five viscera fever were classified and discussed to clarify the theory and application value of five viscera fever.Research content: as a part of the theory of fever in Huangdi Neijing,the name,classification,etiology,diagnosis,treatment,prognosis and other related contents of fever are collected and sorted out firstly;then,the relevant literature of the theory of five viscera fever is analyzed.Specifically,the theories of "heart heat disease","liver heat disease","spleen heat disease","lung heat disease" and "kidney heat disease" mainly involve etiology,pathogenesis,treatment methods,prognosis judgment,etc.Finally,the theory and clinical application value of diseases caused by five zang organs heat were discussed.Conclusion:1.Huangdi Neijing has established a systematic and perfect theoretical framework of exogenous fever,which has become the theoretical source of syndrome differentiation and treatment of fever in later generations.2.The Yellow Emperor's Canon of internal medicine proposed the method of looking at its face,asking what it suffered and cutting its size.It has important clinical application value to establish the syndrome differentiation model of heat disease combining viscera and six meridians.3."Fifty nine needlings" therapy of five viscera fever in Huangdi Neijing has better clinical effect and practical value,which is worth further exploration.4."Jaundice","Spleen Qi","gallbladder Qi","fatigue wind","crazy disease","kidney wind","drowning blood" and other diseases caused by five viscera heat in Huangdi Neijing enrich the diagnosis and treatment of five viscera heat,and have important clinical guiding significance.
