The Theory And Clinical Application Of Tinnitus In Huangdi's Canon Of Medicine

Objective Tinnitus is a common disease in Department of ENT.It is also difficult to cure.At present,the pathogenesis of tinnitus has not been conclusive in modern medicine.TCM has different opinions on the classification of tinnitus,and the curative effect is quite different.There are more records of the pathogenesis and treatment of tinnitus in the Huangdi Neijing.The purpose of this paper is to summarize the related pathogenesis and treatment principles of tinnitus through the analysis of the provisions related to tinnitus in Huangdi Neijing,so as to improve the clinical effect.Method The first part is literature research.Through reviewing and sorting out the data of Huang Di Nei Jing and later physicians,we summarize the principles of tinnitus pathogenesis and acupuncture treatment.The second part is the collection of clinical cases.We apply the theory of tinnitus in Huangdi Neijing to clinical practice,collect typical cases,and provide references for clinical diagnosis and treatment of tinnitus.Result 1.from 6 angles: analyze and summarize the relevant provisions and the spleen and stomach deficiency caused by the central meridian and tinnitus;liver related Jueyin change caused by tinnitus;and kidney related kidney deficiency caused by tinnitus;blood vessel of heart angle slightly astringent tinnitus;meridian angle and make the reinforcement and tinnitus;Qi Yang Sheng Yue and angle of tinnitus.2.The internal organs in liver,spleen and kidney and the relationship between tinnitus incidence is most closely,and can cause tinnitus,viscera deficiency is the main pathogenesis of spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness invading spleen;tinnitus;hepatobiliary Qi,liver blood deficiency,liver inflammation caused by tinnitus;kidney deficiency caused by Yin and Yang Sui Hai deficient students tinnitus.Yang is the pulse dynamic pathogenesis of tinnitus;wood gas production,hidden abnormalities can lead to tinnitus;most roots in the liver and kidney essence and blood,virtual real tinnitus;Qi and yang deficiency with is the key,and the spleen and stomach disorders caused by tinnitus source Ying wei3."Huang Di Nei Jing" of tinnitus pathogenesis and principle of acupuncture,but did not set the appropriate prescription,follow the "classic" the theory,combined with physicians and clinical treatment of tinnitus tutor experience,summarized as follows: treatment from spleen deficiency: source shortage optional Four Gentlemen Decoction,Guipi Decoction on behalf of Party tonifying qi and blood;Shengqing spleen dysfunction optional Buzhongyiqi decoction,Yiqi Congming Decoction for supplementing Qi Sheng qing.The spleen was phlegm is trapped to distinguish disease and evil nature,Shushi spleen can Li Qingshu Yiqi Decoction;spleen and stomach are optional Six Gentlemen Decoction with spleen dampness;braverystomach with alternatives of Wendan Decoction and gastric cholaneresis;drinking water invading the spleen were optional Lingguizhugan Decoction Spleen Yang,Yin Yin isothermal.The treatment from the liver: liver deficiency optional Siwu Decoction,decoction of Achyranthes deserticola blood liver;liver rose too optional Longdan Xiegan Decoction clear liver and gallbladder Qi;hepatobiliary alternatives Chaihushugansan etc.stagnation gas analysis.On the treatment of the kidney: kidney yang deficiency failing to store reinforcing the kidney yang,with Jinkuishenqiwan represented;Yin deficiency marrow lack source of nourishing kidney yin,with Erlongzuoci pills as the representative.4."Huangdi Neijing" puts forward the specific acupuncture treatment principles,and the special techniques for the treatment of tinnitus,such as the burnt needles and the needles.The acupoints are mainly the Yang Meridian and the hand meridian acupoint,and the acupuncture manipulation is more and more,which is enlightened by the clinical acupuncture.Conclusion The occurrence of Zang Fu angle tinnitus is not related to the deficiency of spleen deficiency,the deficiency of ascending and clearing,the deficiency of liver blood,the liver and the hepatobiliary axis,and the insufficiency of the kidney essence.On the dynamic point of view,Yang Qi leaps and Yin and Yang cause tinnitus.The experience summary and clinical case are given from the liver,spleen,kidney,Qi regulating machine and Ping Yang angle for clinical support.The curative effect is accurate and can be popularized.
