Objective This trial provides new methods for clinical treatment of ischemic stroke dysarthria by observing and comparing the therapeutic effects of interactive scalp acupuncture and ordinary acupuncture. Methods From June 2018 to January 2020,A total of 60 patients in the acupuncture department of Hebei Provincial People's Hospital and other departments applying for consultation were divided into a treatment group of 30 cases and a control group of 30 cases by random sampling.Under the same conditions of acupoint compatibility and needle retention time in all patients, the treatment group used interactive scalp acupuncture and the control group used ordinary conventional acupuncture. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks. The researchers observed and compared the modified Frenchay dysphonia scores of patients at after 2 and 4 weeks of treatment. The score after 4 weeks of treatment was compared with that before treatment as the index for judging the curative effect.Secondly,as a supplement, the GRBAS hoarseness evaluation table was used to observe the therapeutic effect of two treatment methods on hoarseness of patients. Results 1.By comparing the baseline data of the two groups of patients, including gender, age, and course of disease, the P was <0.05,indexing that the above data did not affect the study results.2.By using repeated measures analysis of variance, the reaearchers comparied the modified Frenchay dysphonia score between the two groups before treatment, after 2 weeks of treatment and after 4 weeks of treatment as the base point,P=0.886>0.05 before treatment,no statistical significance,This indexed that the scores of the two groups of patients were comparable;P=0.001<0.05 at after 2 weeks of treatment, which was statistically significant, indexing that the scores of the two groups were significantly different at this time;P=0.008 at 4 weeks of treatment <0.05,which was statistically significant, indexing that the modified Frenchay dysphonia scores of the two groups were also significantly different after the total treatment.3.It can be seen from the comparison of repeated measurement analysis of variance that the patient's modified Frenchay dysphonia score group was compared. After Mauchly sphericity test,P<0.001 rejected the spherical hypothesis, and then obtained P<0.001 according to the GreenhouseGeisser correction results.Regardless of the treatment, the improved Frenchay dysphonia score was statistically significant; However, after analysis of the inter-subject effect test results,P=0.045<0.05,indexing that the improvement in the scores of the two groups of patients was statistically significant.4.The researchers used the GRBAS hoarseness scale to carry out the above statistical analysis on the two groups of patients, the comparison between the three time points between the score groups,P was 0.857,0.008,and 0.005,and the results were consistent with the modified Frenchay dysphonia score.Repeated measures analysis of variance rejected the spherical hypothesis. The Greenhouse-Geisser corrected P in the group was less than 0.001,indicating that all patients' score improvement was statistically significant, but the inter-subject effect test P=0.075>0.05,indicating the improvement of GRBAS voice hoarseness score in both groups The difference was not statistically significant.5.After the end of the total treatment, according to the criteria for curative effect, there were 17 marked effects of interactive scalp acupuncture,12 effective,1 ineffective, and the total effective level of 96.7%;In the control group,11 ordinary conventional acupuncture marked effects,14 effective, and 5 ineffective. The total effective level was 83.3%.Conclusions According to the analysis of the results of this trial, both interactive scalp acupuncture and ordinary acupuncture can improve the symptoms of dysarthria and hoarseness in patients with ischemic stroke, but interactive scalp than ordinary acupuncture have a more significant effect.Figure2;Table6;Reference 109...
