Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Spleen-kidney Yang Deficiency Type Polycystic Ovary Syndrome By The Method Of Yougui Bolus Combined Ka Shuangping

Objectives This research is to observe the clinical efficacy of Yougui Bolus and Ka Shuangping in the treatment of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency type polycystic ovary syndrome.The purpose is to provide more theoretical and experimental basis for the clinical treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods According to the corresponding and exclusion criteria,this research chose the 64 samples of patients who were polycystic ovary syndrome between December 2018 and November 2019 in Shi Jiazhuang hospital endocrinology clinic and gynecology clinic diagnosis of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency.They were divided into two groups of Yougui Bolus and Ka Shuangping in the treatment group and Ka Shuangping in the control group in random number table method.There were 32 cases in each group to observe the clinical curative effect.The control group was given Ka Shuangping 15mg: 500 mg Bid orally on the basis of weight loss,and the treatment group was given 150 ml Yougui Bolus orally on the basis of the control group.Both groups were given drugs continuously for 3 months and 3 months was a course of treatment.Each month the patients were Checked the condition of the liver and kidney.After 3 months the two groups were evaluated the situation of before and after treatment of TCM syndrome integral,menstrual score,hairy and acne score,body mass index,sex hormone level changes,glucolipid metabolism,and so on to assessed the security of the above treatment,then to processed and analyzed the result of the collected data with SPSS19.0 statistical software.Results1.Comparison of the efficacy: the total effective rate was 93.33% in the treatment group,76.67% in the control group.The total effective rate was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).2.Within the group comparison: the treatment group after treatment compared with before,TCM syndrome score,body weight,BMI,menstrual score,acne score,sex hormone levels(LH,T,LH/FSH),FPG,FINS,HOMA-IR,lipid levels(TC,TG,LDL-C)all decreased significantly,and FSH and HDL-C levels increased in the treatment group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group before and after treatment,TCM syndrome scores,menstrual scores,body weight,BMI,sex hormone levels(LH,T,LH/FSH),FINS,HOMA-IR,lipid levels(TC,TG,LDL-C)decreased,and HDL-C level increased,with significant differences(P<0.05),but no significant differences(P>0.05).3.Comparison between groups: after treatment,there were significant differences in TCM syndrome scores,body weight,BMI,menstrual scores and individual scores,acne scores,sex hormone levels(LH,T,LH/FSH,FSH),FINS,HOMA-IR,lipid levels(TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C)between the treatment group and the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05),no significant differences were found in other indicators(P>0.05).Conclusions The curative effect of Yougui Bolus combined with Ka Shuangping in the treatment of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency type polycystic ovary syndrome is certain,which can effectively improve insulin resistance,control body weight,regulate sex hormone level and glucose and lipid metabolism,and significantly alleviate clinical symptoms.Therefore,it is worthy of clinical reference and popularization.Figure 0;Table 12;Article 108 refs.
