| Objectives To investigate the correlation between leptin, bone metabolism markers and osteoporosis in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods A total of 261 patients admitted from September 2018 to June 2019 in the affiliated hospital of North China University of Technology were selected, all of which meet the 1999 diagnostic criteria for diabetes.Based on the diagnostic criteria for osteoporosis recommended in 1994,70 cases were selected as the osteoporosis group and 191 as the non-osteoporosis group.SPSS 22.0 was used for normality test, independent sample t test, and χ2 test.Multivariate non-conditional logistic regression analysis of risk factors associated with osteoporosis in patients with type 2 diabetes,P<0.05 was statistically significant. Results 1 There were statistically significant differences in age, course of disease, body mass index, glycated hemoglobin, alkaline phosphatase,high-density lipoprotein, and sunshine duration between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in TC,TG,LDL-C(P>0.05).2 There were no significant differences in gender, smoking history, and drinking history between the two groups(P>0.05).3 The levels of leptin,osteocalcin,1,25(OH)2D3,and PINP in the osteoporosis group were lower than those in the non-osteoporosis group;the levels of PTH and β-CTX were higher than those in the non-osteoporosis group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).4 With Leptin ≥25ug/L,PTH≥55ng/L,β-CTX≥40 nmol/L,BGP≥50 ng/L,PINP≥45 ug/L,1,25(OH)2D3 ≥50ng/L is the exposure group. After univariate and multivariate analysis, leptin,PTH,PINP,BGP,age and sunshine duration were associated with osteoporosis in type 2 diabetes.Exposure of leptin,PTH,PINP,and BGP can increase bone type 2 diabetes the risk of the factor: Age is an independent risk factor for type 2 diabetes with osteoporosis.Increased sunshine duration is a protective factor for type 2 diabetes with osteoporosis. Conclusions 1 The levels of Leptin,PTH,PINP,and 1,25(OH)2D3 were related to osteoporosis in type 2 diabetes.Decreased leptin,1,25(OH)2D3,and PINP,increased PTH,β-CTX,and increased risk of type 2 diabetes with osteoporosis.2 No correlation was found between β-CTX and BGP with diabetes and osteoporosis.Figure 0;Table 8;Reference 162... |
