Application Research Of Medical System Based On Blockchain

Medical information recording is an indispensable link in the process of medical rehabilitation diagnosis and treatment.Medical records mainly include inspection items,treatment items,use of medical facilities and consumption records.Due to the privacy of medical information and the limitations of current storage methods of medical information records,most patients do not fully understand and use their own medical information records.Obviously,the limitations of traditional medical information recording and storage methods will become the main factors which affect the quality of the whole medical system and the level of development.In addition,the sharing and the research of medical information security have become the difficulty of the medical industry.Blockchain technology is a database formed by hash index chain structure and multiple-party joint operation and maintenance.Blockchain adopts data multiple node and the distributed multiple access to get rid of the dependence on Internet central server and avoid the possibility of central server tampering with data and losing data at a single point.The core of blockchain is to ensure its integrity through cryptography,so as to ensure that the data records stored on blockchain are difficult to be tampered with or forged.According to the characteristics of blockchain technology and medical system,this paper designs a medical system which is based on blockchain under the background of the limitations of traditional medical information recording and storage.This system can solve the problem of centralized storage in medical system.The medical system based on blockchain technology can ensure the safety of information.Patients can know their own information in time through the system,which is conducive to the use and the management of medical information by patients,and can improve the efficiency of medical security at the same time.The research work and achievements are as follows:(1)Research on the basic structure of traditional medical systemand how to combine it with blockchain technology to build a new medical system based on blockchain,so that identifies the new medical information storage strategies and storage management methods.(2)Analyze the functional structure of the blockchain medical information system,and then analyze the conceptual model record of the system to create a conceptual basis for the construction of the blockchain system.(3)On the basis of the conceptual model,using the smart contract can not only design technology but also design the structure model of the system.Meanwhile,it could realize the blockchain medical information technology based on the smart contract.Based on this,it can design the method of smart contract.(4)Using web service technology to design and implement the client program of the medical information system based on blockchain,and study the design and implementation methods of the client program.
