| With the change of medical technology and the introduction of relevant policies and norms,the electronic medical records will change in the recording format and storage content.Therefore,how to improve the technology,maintain the continuity of the electronic medical records and meet the needs of the times is the key to the electronic’medical records system.In the traditional electronic medical record system of stroke,the patient’s electronic medical record is centralized stored by the hospital information center.This centralized management and control mode has some problems such as data storage,security and so on.By consulting relevant information,the block chain technology with very high heat in recent years just has the characteristics of safety,reliability,decentralization and privacy.It not only satisfies the protection of patients’privacy,but also eliminates the asymmetry of medical information to a certain extent.In the traditional hospital diagnosis and treatment process,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases are often acute patients come to see a doctor.Doctors often can only carry out general treatment for cerebrovascular diseases based on the results of laboratory tests and their own clinical experience.In view of the complex actual situation of stroke and the great individual differences,doctors hope to consult similar stroke medical records and complete records of the diagnosis and treatment process,including the patient’s symptoms,past medication,doctor’s diagnosis and surgery,and other related information,so as to provide more targeted and precise treatment options for patients.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)On the basis of the original information sharing platform of stroke medical association,the problems of storage,interaction and security of electronic medical records are analyzed.Combining with the technical characteristics of block chain,a more suitable storage system for electronic medical records of stroke is constructed for Hospital.That is,an alliance chain based on block chain sharing account book model is constructed to meet the needs of the hospitals of stroke alliance.Need for interactive mechanism of medical records.(2)By improving BFT-RAFT consensus algorithm in the block chain consensus layer,the data verification process can be completed faster than Byzantine fault-tolerant algorithm in abnormal circumstances,which ensures the distributed storage security of electronic medical records in the stroke alliance.(3)Improving the underlying DMB model in the block-chain data layer can effectively solve the data inconsistency caused by single-point faults and meet the storage needs of electronic medical records of apoplexy in Hospital by self-checking and quasi-real-time multi-node data checking in nodes to ensure that electronic medical records are not edited.Compared with the traditional cluster master-slave data storage mode,it can effectively solve the data inconsistency caused by single-point faults and meet the storage needs of electronic medical records of apoplexy in Yes.This system adopts the combination of private chain and alliance chain(industry chain).Through the elliptic curve encryption algorithm,secp256k1,which is the same as Bitcoin,is selected.The consensus layer BFT-RAFT algorithm and the underlying DMB model are improved to ensure the security and data validity of the electronic medical record data storage system for stroke,and to improve the sharing mode of the existing system.It provides some practical experience for the development of distributed applications in the medical industry in the age of Block Chain 3.0. |
