Big data is a new stage in the development of information technology,accelerating the creation and development of the big data technology industry,training digital practitioners for key departments or organizations,and using big data to improve national governance standards are the main trends in the development of big data.The emergence of big data and the development opportunities it has aroused the public's attention to the management of health information,especially after the personal health information leakage incidents in daily life have occurred frequently,and it has also caused governments and medical care in many countries and regions of the world.Health care institutions or organizations pay more and more attention to the management of public health information.The laws on protecting personal health information formulated by these countries and regions have a huge impact on citizens,making the implementation of health information management more feasible in these countries and regions.At present,the service industry related to health information management is developing rapidly,but the public's trust and its lack of it.Therefore,when health information management related institutions provide various services,how to increase the public's dependence on it has become a prominent problem.Under this background,the research on health information management performance evaluation will surely become a new focus in the research of health information protection.Nowadays,scholars at home and abroad have mostly descriptive papers on health information management,mostly from the author's own point of view.Explain and comment on relevant case presentations,and focus on research in ecosystems,biology,and medicine.Therefore,on the basis of previous research,this article summarizes and summarizes the current health information management status,problems,subjects and objects,and operating mechanisms etc,based on domestic and foreign related discussions on health information management and performance issues to sum up.At present,there are few achievements at home and abroad on the health information management performance evaluation index system.Academic research in this area lacks corresponding theoretical and practical support.Under this situation,this article defines the basic connotation of health information management performance in the context of big data.Combined with the rationality of data collection and indicator setting and the background of big data,the four aspects of theenvironment of health information management,the development mechanism of management institutions,the technical guarantee of health information management and the implementation of health information management operations are used as first-level indicators.And from these four aspects,respectively construct their corresponding second-level indicators and third-level indicators,together to form a health information management performance evaluation index system that meets China's national conditions.Seek corrective feedback from relevant personnel and performance evaluation experts through expert interview methods,and finally determine the health information management performance evaluation index system in the context of big data,and analyze the opinions of the health information management performance evaluation expert group and the public through questionnaires,combining The analytic hierarchy process calculates the weight of the indicators,and uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to conduct empirical research,test the practicability of the indicator system and analyze the results to put forward relevant suggestions for improving China's health information management.
