With the development and industrial integration of modern medical technology, information communication technology and micro-sensor terminal equipment, telemedicine services have become a key application area of modern technology, and as a new type of medical care service model,it has received significant attention in the global health field.Compared with the face-to-face model of traditional medical services, telemedicine services make medical treatment no longer constrained by time and distance, making consumers' medical treatment more convenient and efficient, and also contributing to the sinking and sharing of high-quality medical resources. However, telemedicine services must rely on the support of terminal equipment and communication networks to add many uncertainties to the medical treatment process. In addition,at present, the development of telemedicine services in China is slow and consumers have insufficient knowledge of telemedicine services. How to increase consumers' willingness to choose telemedicine services has become an important issue in promoting the development of telemedicine services. In this context, based on the TTF model, technology acceptance related models and the theory of perceived risk, this paper combs the relevant literature at home and abroad, selects the medical needs of consumers for the characteristics and development status of telemedicine With the technical characteristics of telemedicine services as antecedent variables, construct a research model of consumers' influencing factors of telemedicine service choices and put forward relevant assumptions. In order to verify the validity of the model and model assumptions, this paper first uses the questionnaire method for data collection, followed by descriptive statistical analysis and structural equation analysis of the effective data, and finally the model and the proposed hypothesis are tested. The results of the study show that the medical needs of consumers and the technical characteristics of telemedicine services have a significant positive impact on consumers' perceived fitness and the social impact they receive;consumers' perceived fitness and their social impact It also has a significant positive impact on consumers' choice willingness, and plays an intermediary role between consumers' medical needs and the technical characteristics of telemedicine services and consumers' choicewillingness. In addition, consumers'perceived risk does not regulate between consumers'medical needs and their willingness to choose, but it has a negative regulating effect between the technical characteristics of telemedicine services and their willingness to choose. Finally, based on the research results, this article uses the four dimensions of medical needs, technical characteristics, social impact and perceived risk as the foothold to provide management recommendations for telemedicine service agencies and relevant national competent authorities to improve consumers' willingness to choose will promote the development of China's telemedicine services and the vigorous development of Chinese medical and health services.
