| In the context of the continuous close connection and deep integration of digital technology and medical services,China has vigorously promoted the construction of digital medical services and improved the level of it,aiming to effectively arrive the "last mile" and solve the difficulties and obstacles of medical treatment for grassroots people.The problems of access to medical treatment in the dimension of "difficulty,boredom and complexity" have been persistent problems in the development of medical services for a long time.They are the main contradiction between the growing demand for high-quality medical services by the people and the unbalanced and insufficient development of medical services,and the main factors that constrain medical service satisfaction too.Currently,"digital" has entered the daily lives of the public.On the one hand,digital technology brings opportunities for innovation in medical services and guarantees the satisfaction of the personalized and diversified needs of the public;On the other hand,some problems have also arisen in the development of digital enabled medical services.Exploring how digital empowerment affects satisfaction with medical services is beneficial for improving the supply and demand feedback methods of medical services,enhancing public satisfaction with medical services,alleviating the difficulty of access to medical treatment,and improving people’s health level.This article establishes a theoretical analysis framework,summarizes existing research,and combines it with the actual situation to construct a model of influencing factors of medical service satisfaction.A questionnaire survey is conducted in Anshun City,based on the survey data,empirical analysis methods are used to explore the impact of digital empowerment on medical service satisfaction,confirming that digital empowerment and perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have a positive impact on medical service satisfaction,and the later two play a mediating role in the impact of digital empowerment on medical service satisfaction.Then conducted in-depth interviews with various special groups to analyze the problems existing in the development of smart medical services,which include the functions of the medical service platform need to be improved,the waiting time is too long,the efficiency of medical treatment is low,the distribution of high-quality medical service resources is uneven,and the "elderly digital divide" problem is prominent,the causes are mainly the barriers to platform information integration,the separation of service supply and demand,structural imbalance in resource allocation and lack of age-appropriate medical services.Finally,based on the study results,the path thinking for improving local medical service satisfaction is proposed: firstly,by internet empowerment to help various groups to get medical treatment conveniently;Secondly,by platform empowerment to inspire multiple subjects to jointly create value;Thirdly,by data empowerment to achieve precise docking between supply and demand;Lastly,by technology empowerment to facilitate high-quality resources expand and sink. |
