| Objective: Comparing emergency pre-examination triage grading standard(2018 edition)with MEWS score in triage,management and evaluation of critical emergency patients.Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed on 279 patients admitted to the emergency department of Liaoning provincial people's hospital from May 2019 to July 2019.According to the prognosis,the emergency department and emergency disposal,we compared with emergency pre-examination triage grading standards(2018 edition)and MEWS score,two preview triage methods in judging the emergency crisis weigh the value of the patient's condition and prognosis,and AUCROC was used to compare the accuracy of the two assessment methods in predicting the patient's prognosis with acute critical condition.Results: With the increase of emergency pre-emergency triage grading standard(2018 edition)and MEWS score,the more severe the patient's condition,the higher the chance of accepting emergency treatment and being transferred to the ICU,and the significantly higher the mortality of the patient.In terms of prognosis prediction performance,emergency disposal(CPR,ventilator)and ICU admission,the AUCROC and 95%CI of the pre-emergency triage grading standard(2018 edition)and MEWS score were 0.756(0.676-0.837),0.710(0.628-0.793);0.933(0.890-0.976),0.816(0.724-0.908),0.797(0.703-0.890),0.781(0.693-0.869);0.634(0.554-0.713),0.572(0.486-0.658)respectively.Conclusion: As far as triage,management and assessment of the prognosis ability of critically ill emergency patients,both assessment methods have predictive efficacy,but the predictive efficacy of triage classification standard for emergency pre-examination(2018 edition)is better than that of MEWS score.Because MEWS score is quick and convenient,the pre-emergency triage grading standard(2018 edition)can be used as a comprehensive and systematic evaluation method for emergency triage and prediction of critically ill patients in emergency work,and using MEWS score can help it. |
