Objective: the surgical treatment of inguinal hernia is becoming more and more mature.The anatomical structure and mark of inguinal region are the premise of the success of inguinal hernia operation,and the key to the success of the operation.However,there is still a lack of consensus on the anatomy of the inguinal region.This paper explores the anatomical structure of the inguinal region membrane and its basic features,confirms the existence of the preperitoneal fascia,and analyzes the correlation between the characteristic conical structure and the body parameters.Methods: in 2019,a gross specimen was dissected and the distribution of membranous structure was recorded.From July 2018 to January 2020,25 cases of laparoscopic surgery in the Fourth Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University were analyzed retrospectively.The distribution of related fascia was recorded and the basic length characteristics were measured by the method of equal proportion.Statistical software was used to analyze the correlation between its basic characteristics and body parameters such as abdominal circumference,height,weight and BMI.Results:there is an obvious membranous structure between the transverse fascia of the abdomen and the peritoneum,but since the connective tissue is dissolved after the specimen is fixed,it is difficult to observe the presence of the adipose layer and the connective tissue,and only a membranous structure is observed.The abaxial length of the conical membrane structure was significantly correlated with the abdominal circumference at the P=0.01 level(r=0.511)and the body weight at the P=0.01 level(r=0.401).Ac length was significantly correlated with abdominal circumference at P=0.01(r=0.578)and body weight at P=0.01(r=0.409).The length of BC side was significantly correlated with the height at the level of P=0.01(r=0.510).There was no significant correlation between the length of ab and ac and the height and BMI at the level of P=0.01.There was no significant correlation between BC length and abdominal circumference and body weight at P=0.01.Conclusion: the preperitoneal fascia is an independent membranous structure between the transverse fascia and the peritoneum.After planarization of the conical structure surrounding the spermatic cord,the length of the ab and ac sides was positively correlated with the abdominal circumference and body weight.The length of BC side was positively correlated with the height of the tapered structure.
