The Relationship Between Advanced Interatrial Block And Recurrence Of Atrial Fibrilation After Pharmacological Cardioversion In Patients With Coronary Heart Disease

Objective: To investigate the relationship between advanced interatrial block(A-IAB)and recurrence of atrial fibrillation(AF)after pharmacological cardioversion in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods: We selected continuously 70 cases of patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation which were intravenously applied amiodarone for cardioversion in January2018 to December 2018 in Heping Branch Hospital of Northern Theater Command General Hospital,and all of them were combined coronary heart disease.We collected whether there was A-IAB in electrocardiogram(ECG).As well as left atrial anterior and posterior diameter(LAap),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),and other indicators.All patients were trained in AF identification.Follow-up was conducted at the 1st,3rd,6th and 12 th months to determine whether the patients had atrial fibrillation recurrence by recording electrocardiogram and inquiring.In addition,patients with suspicious AF should be admitted to the hospital for ECG examination and recording at any time.Baseline data were grouped by the presence or absence of A-IAB.Logistic multivariate regression analysis was used to investigate the relationship between A-IAB and recurrence of paroxysmal AF after pharmacological cardioversion in CHD patients.Results: There were 31 cases in A-IAB group and 39 cases in NOT-A-IAB group.There were no statistically significant differences in gender,age,body mass index(BMI),hypertension,diabetes,LAap and LVEF between the two groups(P > 0.05).Atrial fibrillation course was statistically different between the two groups(P<0.05).After 12 months of follow-up,logistic multivariate analysis showed that A-IAB and LAap were the independent risk factors for AF recurrence.Conclusion: A-IAB is correlated with the recurrence of paroxysmal AF after pharmacological cardioversion in patients with CHD.
