The Clinical Observevation Chaihulongmu Decoction Treating Permanent Atrial Fibrillation(AF) Of Coronary Heart Disease (CHD) Ischemic Cardiomyopathy

Objective:To research the chinical efficacy and safety of Chai Hulongmu decoction treating Permanent atrial fibrillation(AF) of Coronary heart disease (CHD) Ischemic cardiomyopathy,and explore the mechanism Of Chai Hulongmu decoction treating Permanent atrial fibrillation(AF) of Coronary heart disease (CHD)Ischemic cardiomyopathy.Methods:60patients who conform to the diagnosis standard were divided into the experimental group and the comparable group.there were no significant difference in sexuality、age、the seriousness of the disease,etc.between the two groups (p>0.05),and the two groups are compareable.with basic treatment,the experimental group was given Chai Hulongmu decoction and the comparable group was given betaloc.Treatment Time is a month.Record the changes of Trational Chinese medical (TCM)symptom scoring,number of24hours VPC,left ventricular ejection Fraction (LVEF)and safety,through the statistical analysis,to determine The effect of two groups of treatment of CHD combined with AF. Results:1.There are different (P<0.05)between the experimental group and the comparable group in TCM symptom scroring,and the experimental group is better than the comparable group.2.Every group is effective in24hours VPC,but there are no difference(P>0.05)between the two groups.3.Every group is effective in LVEF and BNP.but the experimental group is better than the comparable group.4.The two groups were not occurred obvious adverse reaction events.Conclusion:1.Chai Hulongmu decoction can obviously improve the symptom of patients With qi depression and phlegm heat syndrome of CHD combined with atrial fibrillation(AF).2.Chai Hulongmu decoction can obviously control the ventricular rate Of atrial fibrillation(AF) of Coronary heart disease (CHD)Ischemic cardiomyopathy.3.Chai Hulongmu decoction can obviously improve cardiac function Of atrial fibrillation(AF) of Coronary heart disease (CHD)Ischemic cardiomyopathy. 4.Chai Hulongmu decoction can significantly improve the imbalance state of cardiac autonomic nervous of patients atrial fibrillation(AF) of Coronary heart disease (CHDIschemic cardiomyopathy.5.It is safe and reliable to use Chai Hulongmu decoction to treat qiDepression and phlegm heat syndrome of CHD combined with AF. All in all,there were effective in treatment of Chai Hulongmu decoction to treat qi Depression and phlegm heat syndrome of CHD combined with AF,and it is safe.
