objective:Analyses variety of dialysis associated hypertension in the maintaining hemodialysis process. Methods:During 2008.1 and 2009.1,40 sample patients, who were consisted of 25 male samples and 15 female samples, whose medical historys were from 1 to 5 years and whose ages were form 23 to 78, accepted maintaining hemodialysis (MHD) in the Guizhou Province People's Hospital kidney internal medicine department. All Patients take Nifedipine Controlled-release Tablets and Benazepril Hydrochloride Tablets two antihypertensive drugs regularly.Nifedipine Controlled-release Tablets 30mg once a day,Benazepril Hydrochloride Tablets 10mg once a day or twice a day, pre-dialysis systolic blood pressure control levels of 120 to 150mmHg, diastolic blood pressure control levels of 70 to 90mmHg.In term of age, patients were divided into 4 groups:Groupâ… , including 10 patients, age from 23 to 45; Groupâ…¡, including 10 patients, age form 46 to 55; Groupâ…¢, including 11 patients, age form 56 to 65; Groupâ…£, including 9 patients, age from 66 to 78. Having implemented 1920 dialysis treatment in all, we recorded blood pressure who was before the dialysis and during dialysis, the ultrafiltration volume (UFV) and weight behind dialysis. If the ascending value of MAP is not less than 30mmHg, accompanying systolic blood pressure not less than 160mmHg and (or) diastolic blood pressure not less than 95mmHg in any dialysis process, the phenomena is define into dialysis associated hypertension, according to the MAP (mean artery pressure)= diastolic blood pressure+one third of the difference pressure. Based on the above data, calculate amount of dialysis associated hypertension, blood pressure, MAP, difference pressure. By the ultrafiltration volume (UFV) and weight behind dialysis, calculate ultrafiltration/body weight (UFV/W).Using above data, Analyses variety of dialysis associated hypertension in the maintaining hemodialysis process. All data were deal with by SPPSS13.0.Results:the rate of dialysis associated hypertension was 4.9% in 1920 dialysis case of 40 patients. The rate of dialysis associated hypertension of Groupâ… and Groupâ…¡was obviously higher than the one of Groupâ…£(P< 0.05); the occur time of dialysis associated hypertension focused on the 2nd hour and the 3rd hour, while it did not occurred in the 1st hour. In dialysis associated hypertension patients.Comparing to the first blood pressure (before dialysis),systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, MAP entirely ascended obviously (P< 0.05) and the difference of artery pressure augmented remarkably (P< 0.05); The occurrence of dialysis associated hypertension was not related with the ultrafiltration volume or the ultrafiltration/body weight (P> 0.05).Conclusions:1. dialysis associated hypertension had the decreasing trend along with age rise, so the youth are more prone to suffer from it. 2.The time of occurring dialysis associated hypertension focused on the 2nd hour and 3rd hour. Based on the first blood pressure (blood pressure without dialysis), the value of systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and MAP all augment, and the hoist of systolic pressure is especially obvious, which can be represented as the augment of difference pressure.3.The occurrence of dialysis associated hypertension was not related obviously with UFV or UFV/W.
