Objective : To investigate the changes of thyroid hormones and antibodies in the serum of patients with type 2 diabetes.Method:172 patients with type 2 diabetes and 160 non-diabetics were selected as the experimental group and the control group, respectively. The thyroid hormones and antibodies were measured in all groups, and related indexes such as age, sex, blood lipids were collected.Based on the age, gender,Hb A1 c,and hypertension in the type2 diabetes group, the test components were divided into 4 subgroups, and the differences in thyroid autoantibodies and thyroid hormones were compared between the groups.Factors affecting antibodies.Result:The detection values ??of TPOAb and TGAb in the type 2 diabetes group were 0.32(0.62)IU / ml and 2.22(1.92)IU / ml,which were higher than the control group's 0.25(0.37)IU / ml and 1.63(1.33)IU / ml.The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).The detected value of FT3 was 3.95(0.71)pmol / L,which was lower than the control group's 4.14(0.58)pmol / L,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).The detection value of TGAb for more than 10 years was 2.28(2.42)IU / ml,which was higher than 1.54(1.88)IU / ml for less than one year, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).The detection value of FT3 for more than 10 years was 3.83(0.75)pmol / L,which was lower than 4.08(0.69)pmol /L for 1 to 10 years, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).The TGAb detection value of glycated hemoglobin between 6.5% and 9.0% was 2.27(2.02)IU / ml,which was higher than 1.97(1.67)IU / ml of glycated hemoglobin below 6.5%,the difference was statistically significant(p <0.05).).The TGAb and TSH detection values ??of the female patient group were 2.47(2.50)IU / ml and1.88(1.66)m IU / ml,which were higher than the male patient group's 1.89(1.31)IU /ml and 1.57(1.04)m IU / ml.The difference was statistically significant(p <0.05).The detected value of FT4 at the same time with hypertension was 13.59(2.36)pmol /L,which was higher than 13.01(2.26)pmol / L in the uncomplicated hypertension group, and the difference was statistically significant(p <0.05).Conclusion: Patients with type 2 diabetes are more likely to have changes in thyroid hormones and elevated antibodies than non-diabetics.Therefore,in clinical work, attention should be paid to screening for thyroid hormones and antibodies, especially women with long course of disease, poor blood sugar control, and hypertension Screening for thyroid disease in patients with type 2 diabetes.
