Objective: To study the patients with type 2 diabetes glycated hemoglobin(Hb A1c)and the correlation of serum thyroid hormone levels. Methods: Collected in January-December,2016 in our hospital endocrinology in patients with type 2 diabetes in the hospital,in strict accordance with the inclu ded after exclusion criteria, were included in the analysis of 648 patients with type2 diabetes.Record the patient's gender, age, height, weight, liver and kidney functio n,blood glucose, blood lipids and glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c),free iodine thyroi d original glycine(FT3)and free thyroxine(FT4),thyroid stimulating factor(TSH),past medical history included serious heart and kidney disease, thyroid disease, and surgery, medication history, etc.Statistical methods mainly include independent samp les t test, single factor analysis of variance or nonparametric rank and test are com pared, and thyroid hormone levels between the various groups of single factor anal ysis,Pearson or Spearman correlation analysis of glycosylated hemoglobin and other metabolic index relations with thyroid hormone levels, after adjustment for confoun ding factors stepwise multiple linear regression,to explore the correlation between g lycosylated hemoglobin and thyroid hormone levels. Results: 1,Through the collection of 648 cases of patients with type 2 diabete s,according to the 2007 "Chinese type 2 diabetes prevention guide" state is divided into blood sugar control HbA1 c < 6.5% were well controlled,HbA1c6.5-7.5% for the control,HbA1 c > 7.5% for the control is poorer, according to the control of blood sugar,in the collection of cases, only 9.0% of patients with good blood sugar control, and 20.0% of patients with blood sugar control, and most poor glycemic control in diabetic patients, accounting for 71.0%.2,In the course of diabetes,TC,TG,LDL-C level in the differences betwe en the three groups(P < 0.05),of course,TC,TG,LDL-C level rise, glycosylate d hemoglobin levels are on the rise.In gender, age, systolic pressure, diastolic blood pressure,BMI,HDL-C level between the three groups did not see the obvious s tatistical significance(P > 0.05).In the three groups of different blood sugar control, found between the three groups of thyroid antibody positive rate and no difference on diabetes complications(P > 0.05).3,FT3 level as,age, duration of diabetes with poor blood sugar control and l ower(P < 0.01),and female FT3 level significantly lower than the male;FT4 levels and reduce with the increase of age(P < 0.05),but in poor blood sugar control g roup obviously higher than that of good blood glucose control group;TSH levels in different groups have a downward trend, but in each group had no statistical signi ficance(P > 0.05).4,HbA1 c and thyroid hormone levels found in single factor analysis of the co rrelation of glycosylated hemoglobin and negatively correlated with the level of FT3,LogTSH(r = 0.276,P < 0.01 and r = 0.099,P < 0.05),and positively correlated with FT4 levels(r = 0.105,P < 0.01);Multiple linear regression to thyroid hormon e FT3,FT4,LogTSH respectively as the dependent variable, the adjusted for gende r,age, duration of diabetes, systolic pressure, diastolic blood pressure,BMI,TG,H DL,creatinine, uric acid after confounding factors,Hb A1 c and negatively correlated with FT3 level still(t = 6.992,P = 6.992).HbA1 C still and negatively correlated with LogTSH level(t = 2.231,P = 2.231),HbA1 C still and FT4 levels were positi vely correlated(t = 2.546,P = 2.546).Conclusion: Poor glycemic control in hospitalized patients with type 2 diabetes. In normal thyroid function in patients with type 2 diabetes,HbA1 c level was negati vely correlated with FT3 and TSH level.HbA1 c level was positively correlated with FT4 level.
