| Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of capharnaum enema fluid on patients with ulcerative proctitis,whether it can improve the clinical symptoms of the disease,and comprehensively evaluate its clinical efficacy,and apply capharnaum enema fluid more widely in clinical practice,so as to benefit more and more patients with ulcerative proctitis.Methods:From the patients with ulcerative proctitis treated in the anorectal department of our hospital,60 patients who met the inclusion criteria for ulcerative proctitis were selected as the focus of this clinical study,and then these patients were randomly divided into two groups,namely the control group and the treatment group,with 30 patients in each group.Drug treatment group told patients every day before emptying shit,will cook good 100 ml capharnaum enema fluid using heated to a temperature of about 36?,then stir in one-time enema bag,adjust the switch,the preparatory work well,and then take appropriate postures retention enema;patients in the control group were asked to use mesalazine to irrigate their intestines every night,one at a time,directly from the anus into the large intestine.After 8 weeks of treatment,the score changes of TCM symptoms before and after treatment of the two groups were compared and analyzed,as well as the rectal mucosa condition by rectal examination and the comprehensive efficacy of the two groups.Finally,the conclusion was drawn.Results:1.In terms of overall efficacy,there were 3 cases of complete remission,1case of obvious effect,25 cases of effective response and 1 case of ineffective response in the treatment group,with a total effective rate of 96.67%.In the control group,there was 1 complete remission,1 obvious effect,21 effective cases and 7 ineffective cases,and the total effective rate was 76.67%.P<0.05 indicated that there was a significant statistical difference between the twogroups,and the curative effect was more obvious in the treatment group than± in the control group.2.Wilcoxon rank sum test was used to analyze the TCM syndromes scores of the two groups before treatment,W=512.5,P=0.281,P > 0.05,and the mean ± standard deviation of the treatment group was 15.933±3.769,and the mean ± standard deviation of the control group was 16.867±3.309.The score of TCM syndromes after treatment of the two groups was obtained by rank sum test,W=575,P=0.040,P < 0.05,the mean ± standard deviation of the treatment group was 8.000±3.930,the mean ± standard deviation of the control group was 10.867±5.912.It is not difficult to see that the scores of the two groups showed a downward trend compared with that before treatment,indicating that the main symptoms of the two groups were improved after treatment,and the recovery effect of the patients in the treatment group was better than that of the control group.3.Wilcoxon rank sum test was used to analyze the rectal mucosa score of the two groups before treatment,W=436,P=0.823 > 0.05,the mean ± standard deviation of the treatment group was 2.333±0.547,and the mean ± standard deviation of the control group was 2.267±0.691.Wilcoxon rank sum test was also used to analyze the rectal mucosa scores of the two groups after treatment,W=578.5,P=0.047,P < 0.05,and the mean ± standard deviation of the treatment group was 0.867±0.937,and the mean ± standard deviation of the control group was 1.367±0.850.In summary,the rectal mucosa scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,and the changes of the treatment group were more prominent than those of the control group,with the former having better clinical efficacy than the latter.4.There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups during treatment.Conclusion:Capharnaum enema fluid treatment ulcerative rectalitis(wet hot type)compared to the Mesalazine enema,the effect of capharnaum enema fluid is more significant,it can be widely used in clinical. |
