ObjectiveThe study used the Chinese medicines Dragon’s blood, Sanguisorba mixture on blood stasis intestine collateral type UC patients with local retention enema, respectively, combined with the Mesalazine oral, to score before and after treatment in patients with intestinal mucosa, to detect the concentration of Th17related cytokine IL-17in serum. Randomly divided into routine plus Dragon’s blood Sanguisorba mixture enema combined with Mesalazine oral treatment group, the Mesalazine oral control group (12cases). The Dragon’s blood Sanguisorba mixture enema combined with the Mesalazine oral is better than simple oral Mesalazine therapy. The treatment group, the concentration of IL-17is lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant, that Dragon’s blood Sanguisorba mixture enema can reduce the expression of IL-17in the pathogenesis of UC.It is can be inferred that the concentration of IL-17may be related to healing of intestinal mucosa of patients with UC.The decrease of IL-17may slow progression of intestinal mucosal injury. Also can promote the local lesion inflammatory cytokines balance, mucosal healing.
