| Objective:To observe the effects of Daming Yin on diabetic retinopathy(DR)gas-negative,blood-impeding hypersensitivity C reactive protein(hs-CRP),blood lipid ratio(TC/HDL),to study its possible effect mechanism on DR,to provide a new basis for Daming Yin treatment DR,and to promote its popularization and application in clinical practiceMethods:64 patients(121 eyes)were randomly divided into 32 patients(60 eyes)in the treatment group and 32(61 eyes)in the control group.The treatment group gave the Chinese medicine Daming Yin orally,the control group gave the calcium hydroxyl sulfonate capsule orally,both groups of treatment time is 30 days.Observe the changes of hs-CRP,TC/HDL and vision,under-eye,FFA,and Chinese medicine before and after treatment,and do statistical analysisResults:(1)The total efficiency of Daming drink group and calcium hydroxyl acid was 79.3%and 50.9%,respectively,and the total efficacy of Daming drink group was significantly better than that of the calcium hydroxyapate group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05)(2)Before and after treatment,hs-CRP improved significantly in the treatment group,and hs-CRP level was lower than in the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)(3)After treatment,the treatment group TC/HDL improved significantly,and the level was lower than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05)(4)The logMAR visual acuity of the two groups after treatment was statistically significant compared with that before the treatment(P<0.05)After the treatment,the difference of the logMAR visual acuity between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05)(5)After treatment,the effective rate of improvement of fundus and FFA in the treatment group was 82.8%,and the effective rate of the control group was 56.1%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05)(6)Comparing before and after treatment,the score of Chinese medicine certificate in the treatment group was significantly reduced,and the effect was significant(P<0.05).The validity rate of Chinese medicine certificate in the treatment group was 87.1%Conclusion:The Traditional Chinese medicine Daming drink has obvious intervention effect on the inflammatory factor(hs-CRP)and blood lipid ratio(TC/HDL)of patients with both gas and vulva,blood-blocking evidence DR patients,and improves the patient’s visual function and Chinese medicine certificate by regulating the patient’s physique.Its possible mechanism of action is to inhibit the inflammatory reaction of the retina,reduce the endothelial damage of the microvascular blood vessels at the bottom of the eye,reduce blood lipid levels,improve blood viscosity to curb the further development of DR. |
