Purpose: By analyzing the systemic factors of 54 patients with qi-deficiency and blood stasis, the high risk factors of diabetic retinopathy with qi-deficiency and blood stasis were explored to provide theoretical basis for further treatment of DR.Method: The study for the retrospective study, between April 2018 and February 2019 in chengdu university of traditional Chinese medicine outpatient service collects 54 patients with type 2 diabetes,qi deficiency syndrome of blood stasis syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine, according to the result of mydriatic fundus and fundus camera after divided into no diabetic retinopathy(NDR)group, and diabetic retinopathy(DR)group,The name, age, gender, course of diabetes mellitus, blood pressure, fasting blood glucose(FBG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),high and low density lipoprotein(hdl-c,ldl-c),triglyceride(TG),serum total cholesterol(TC),oral hypoglycemic drugs and insulin use of the patients in the two groups were recorded in detail. The differences between the two groups were compared and the correlation between each factor and diabetic retinopathy was analyzed.SPSS23.0 software was used for analysis, and P < 0.05 was considered statistically significant.Result: 1.A total of 54 subjects(108 eyes)were selected in this study. There were 29 subjects(58 eyes)in the NDR group, including 17 males(34 eyes)and 12 females(24 eyes),and 25 subjects(50 eyes)in the DR group, including 15 males(30 eyes)and 10 females(20 eyes).2.There were differences between the NDR group and the DR group in the course of diabetes, glycosylated hemoglobin, triglycerides, and insulin use.The rate of diabetes course, glycosylated hemoglobin, triglycerides, and insulin use in the DR group were all higher than those in the non-DR group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.There was no significant difference between NDR and DR groups in age, gender,BMI,prevalence of hypertension, fasting blood glucose,cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol and other indicators(P>0.05).4.The Logistic regression analysis showed that the relationship among the duration of diabetes, glycosylated hemoglobin, triglycerides, insulin use and diabetic retinopathy was 0.041,0.017,0.028 and 0.003,respectively,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1?The occurrence of diabetic retinopathy in patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis is related to the course of diabetes, glycosylated hemoglobin and triglyceride, and insulin use.Diabetes duration, glycosylated hemoglobin and triglyceride are risk factors for diabetic retinopathy.2?There was no significant difference in age, gender,BMI,prevalence of hypertension, cholesterol and high and low density lipoprotein between the DR group and NDR patients.
