The Effect Of Da Ming Yin In Treating NPDR Qi And Yin Deficiency,Blood Stasis Resistance Pattern's HCY

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of Da Ming Yin for treatment on homocysteine of diabetic retinopathy(Qi and Yin deficiency,blood stasis resistance),and and to explore the mechanism of treatment of DR.Methods: On 66 patients(112 eyes)conformed with standard for the diabetic retinopathy Qi and Yin deficiency,blood stasis resistance symp tom patints,randomly divided into treatment group(34 patients,57 eyes)and control group(32 patients,55eyes).The treatment group treated by Da Ming Yin,the control group treated by clcium dobesilate,The whole observe lasted 4 weeks.The two group were observed before and afte r treatment of two sets of vision,fundus,clinical symptoms and the cha nge of homocysteine.Results:(1)The total effective rate was 80.7% in the treatment group and52.7% in the control group.The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the Control Group.(2)The HCY of the two groups were improved,the improvement of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.(3)The visual acuity of both groups was improved,and the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the Control Group.(4)The Fundus of the Treatment Group and the control group were improved,the improvement of Fundus of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.(5)The traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)Syndrome scores of the treatment group were improved before a after treatment,but those of the control group were not improved,and the treatment group was obviously superior to the control group(6)The total effective rate of TCM Syndrome in the treatment group was 82.4%,and that in the control group was 28.1%.There was a significant difference between the two groups.(7)In the treatment group,the serum HCY level of NPDR patients was higher than that of PDR patientsConclusion: 1.Da Ming Yin,a traditional Chinese medicine,can effec tively reduce the level of homocysteine in diabetic retinopathy,possibly protecting the structural integrity of retinal vascular endothelium by reducing the mechanism of capillary injury.2.The traditional Chinese Medicine Da Ming can nourish Qi and Yin,promote blood circulatio n and remove blood stasis,clear collaterals and eyesight,which can ef fectively improve the TCM syndrome and intervene the progress of th e syndrome of deficiency of both Qi and Yin and obstruction of colla terals by blood stasis.3.The effect of Chinese Medicine Daming Yin on NPDR is better than PDR.
