The Study Of Prescription Rules Of Chinese Medicine For Zhangfuli Professor In Treating Simple Obesity Based On The Data Mining

Objective:Through the software system of Chinese Medicine Inheritance assistant platform(v2.5),we use data mining to analyze the prescription medication rule of Professor Zhang Fuli’s clinical treatment of simple obesity,combined with the study of ordinary clinical teachers and literature research,to summarize the medication rule of tutor’s treatment of simple obesity,to find new drug combinations and prescriptions,and open up a new way of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of simple obesity Thinking,clinical application for patients to relieve the pain of disease,better summarize the academic experience of traditional Chinese medicine to provide a referenceMethods:According to the corresponding inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,from September 2017 to December 2019,Professor Zhang Fuli selected the prescriptions for the treatment of simple obesity in the outpatient department of traditional Chinese medicine(the second affiliated outpatient department of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine)of Shizhen Museum of traditional Chinese medicine as the source for screening.A total of 216 complete prescriptions were collected.Through the collection of clinical medical cases,combined with the statistical analysis of "Chinese Medicine Inheritance assistant platform(v2.5)" software,the association rule analysis method,clustering analysis method,improved mutual information method,complex system entropy clustering,unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering and other advanced data mining methods are adopted,To analyze the commonly used drugs,core combinations and new prescriptions of Professor Zhang Fu in the clinical treatment of simple obesityResults:215 prescriptions were screened out by analyzing the collected treatment Results there were 20 traditional Chinese medicines used more than 100 times.The main drugs were cold and warm,accounting for 77.59%.The main five kinds of drugs were bitter,sweet,and pungent,accounting for 87.23%.The main meridians were 2539 spleen meridians,2344 stomach meridians,1907 liver meridians,1815 lung meridians,1265 heart meridians,and 971 kidney meridians.Under the "rule of composition",the number of support is 213,and the confidence degree is 0.9.Eight core drugs for the treatment of simple obesity are obtained.Under the "new square analysis",set the correlation degree to 8,and the penalty degree to 2 to get 4 groups of new squaresConclusion:1.The common clinical syndromes of simple obesity are spleen deficiency and Qi weakness,phlegm dampness stop,and Phlegm Blood Stasis and qi stagnation.It is concluded that Professor Zhang Fu mainly treats spleen and stomach,dampness and phlegm,and qi circulation and blood stasis removing;2.Sweet,bitter and pungent;warm,cold and flat;spleen meridian,stomach meridian,and Gan meridian are the main taste and meridian tropism of Professor Zhang Fu in the treatment of simple obesity;3.Tonic,antipyretic,antidepressant,expectorant,antitussive,antiasthmatic,and diuretic are the main drugs for Professor Zhang Fu to treat simple obesity,among which Poria,rehmannia,liquorice,mulberry parasitism,and Pinellia.Atractylodes macrocephala,Ophiopogon japonicus,Scutellaria baicalensis,Zhuru,tangerine peel,and Fructus aurantii are core drugs;4.Professor Zhang Fu’s grasp of the change of Qi mechanism in the treatment of simple obesity runs through all the time.
