Clinical Effect Of Yiyuan Pill Based On 'Maintain Zheng And Dispel Stagnant' Method In Treating Sub-health Of Fatigue

Objective:By comparing the Fatigue scores,TCM syndrome scores,anxiety conversion scores and constitution conversion scores before and after the treatment of the Fatigue sub-health patients using Yiyuan pill based on 'maintain Zheng and dispel stagnant'method,to evaluate the therapeutic effect of Yiyuan pill on fatigue sub-health patients,providing theoretical basis and effective medicine for the recuperation of fatigue sub-healthMethods:The selected 44 cases of fatigue sub-healthy patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency will give Yiyuan pill plus or minus based on 'maintain Zheng and dispel stagnant' method,15 0ml/time,2 times/day,morning or evening after dinner meal served,the course of treatment was 4 weeks.Scores of FS-14,TCM syndrome and HAMA and Conversion scores of constitution of TCM were measured for all subjects before and after the treatmentResults:After one month of treatment,20 patients were obviously effective,21 were effective,3 were ineffective,the total effective rate was 93.18%.The symptom score of TCM decreased significantly after treatment,Symptoms of fatigue,impatience,irritability,upset were improved obviously(p<0.01).The scores of FS-14 is obviously reduced(p<0.01).The anxiety symptoms of 24 patients who had anxiety before treatment and who might have anxiety were significantly relieved(p<0.0 1).The conversion points of qi-deficiency,qi-stagnation,yang-deficiency,yin-deficiency,damp-heat and phlegm-dampness in TCM constitution were all significantly reduced(p<0.05)Conclusion:Yiyuan pill based on 'maintain Zheng and dispel stagnant' method has definite clinical effect on treating the Fatigue sub-health patients.It can not only improve the fatigue state and TCM symptoms,but also adjust a variety of biased constitutions to improve patients' quality of life,which is worthy of widely application.
