Clinical Observation Of Xiezhuoyishen Prescription In The Treatment Of Chronic Kidney Disease With Wet Turbidity In Stage 3-4

Objective:to observe the clinical efficacy of xiezhuoyishen prescription in the treatment of chronic kidney disease stage 3-4(wet turbidity medium obstruction type).Methods:the subjects of this study were 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria and were admitted to the outpatient and ward of the department of renal diseases of the first affiliated hospital of heilongjiang university of traditional Chinese medicine from March 2019 to December 2019,and were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each with 30 patients.The control group was given western medicine to improve diet,control blood pressure,adjust blood sugar,reduce lipid,correct anemia,correct electrolyte disorders and other basic treatments,and the treatment group was given xiezhuoyishen prescription on the basis of treatment in the control group.4 weeks after treatment,compared two groups of patients before and after improvement of syndromes and Serum creatinine(Scr),Blood Urea Nitrogen,(BUN),Glomerular Filtration Rate(GFR),Serum Uric Acid(UA),the change of the situation.Results:1.Clinical comprehensive efficacy:the total effective rate was 7 9.31%in the treatment group and 55.56%in the control group,and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).2.After treatment,the renal function indexes including SCr,BUN,GFR and UA were significantly improved in the two groups,which were statistically significant compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the overall improvement of patients in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).3.After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).Moreover,the improvement of TCM syndrome score in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Xiezhuoyishen can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic kidney disease in stage 3-4(wet turbidity medium obstruction type).2.Xiezhuoy ishen can effectively reduce renal function related indexes such as serum creatinine,urea nitrogen and serum uric acid in patients with chronic kidney disease stage 3-4(wet turbidity-resistant).
