Clinical Observation Of Huoxueruanjiansanjie Treatment On The Patients Suffering From Chronic Kidney Disease Stage 4

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Huoxueruanjiansanjie recipe in the treatment of chronic kidney disease(CKD)stage 4.Methods:A total of 89 patients with CKD stage 4 who met the inclusion criteria were selected and divided into a treatment group according to their treatment order:45 cases and a control group,44 cases.Both groups received basic treatment.The treatment group was treated with decoction of Huoxueruanjian sanjie and the control group was treated with Uremic Clearance Granules.The duration of treatment was 8 weeks.The TCM symptom scores,serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogrn(BUN),uric acid(UA),and cystatin C(CYSC),24-hour urine protein(24hU-Pr),estimated glomerular filtration rate(eGFR)were obser ved before and after treatment in the two groups,and statistical processing.Results:1.The total effective rate in the treatment group was 82.2%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 65.5%.The treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).2.The levels of Scr and BUN in the treat-ment group were lower than before treatment(P<0.01),and the levels of eGFR were higher in the treatment group than before treatment(P<0.01).The differ-rence in UA,CYSC,and 24hU-Pr after treatment between the treatment group and the treatment group was statistically significant(P<0.05);the difference between the UA,CYSC,and 24hU-Pr after treatment in the control group was not statist ically significant compared with that before the treatment in the same group.(P>0.05).3.After treatment,the levels of Scr,BUN,UA,CYSC and 24hU-Pr in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The eGFR levels were higher in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).4.After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).5.The treatment group can im-prove patients with fatigue,shortness of breath,laziness,poor appetite,upset ir-ritability,bitter taste,mouth stickiness,nocturia,weak knees,loose stools,nausea,vo-miting,and skin defect,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The decoction of Huoxueruanjiansanjie can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic kidney disease stage 4.2.The decoction of Huoxueruanjiansanjie can reduce serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,blood uric acid,cystatin C,24-hour urinary protein level in patients with chronic kidney disease stage 4,and improve glomerular filtration rate.The effect is superior to Uremic Clearance Granules.
