ObjectiveBy observing the effects of Danqihuoxue pills for patients of coronary heart disease unstable angina of blood stasis type in TCM syndromes, quality of life and TCM syndromes of curative effect, to assess the Danqihuoxue pills on patients of coronary heart disease unstable angina of blood stasis type for curative effect and quality of life.MethodsIn clinical, collect 60 cases of unstable angina of blood stasis type, between of 18~80 years of age, randomly divide to the treatment group and the control group with 30 cases in each group, the control group by only western medicine treatment, the treatment group plus Danqihuoxue pills base on conventional western medicine, for 7 days. Observe the change before and after the treatment of TCM syndromes, quality of life and TCM syndromes of curative effect, of Danqihuoxue pills in the treatment of coronary heart disease unstable angina of blood stasis type.ResultsTCM syndrome before and after the treatment curative effect comparison: the treatment group total effective rate was 93.34%, the control group effective rate was 80%, P>0.05, there was no statistically significant difference.Quality of life before and after treatment comparison:comparison before and after in PL, AS, DP, P<0.05, significant difference.ConclusionDanqihuoxue pills can significantly improve the coronary heart disease unstable angina with blood stasis type.Danqihuoxue pills can significantly improve the coronary heart disease unstable angina with blood stasis type in quality of life, in PL, AS and DP.
