Clinical Observation Of Yunpi Wendan Decoction On Treating Infantile Anorexia With Spleen Dysfunctional Pattern

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Yunpi Wendan Decoction in treating children with infantile anorexia with spleen dysfunctional pattern,and to explore the efficacy and advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in treating infantile anorexia.Methods:60 children with anorexia were included according to the diagnostic criteria,and were randomly divided into test group and control group,30 cases in each group.The experimental group was given Yunpi Wendan Decoction,and the control group was given Baohe Pill.Both courses of treatment were 4 weeks,and the children's TCM symptom score,height and weight were observed before and after treatment.Follow-up was conducted 3 months after drug withdrawal,and the recurrence rate was recorded.Results:1.There were no statistical differences(P>0.05)between the two groups of patients in terms of gender,age,and scores of symptoms before treatment,and they were comparable.2.Comparison within the group after treatment: After the statistical analysis of the main and secondary syndrome scores and the total syndrome scores of the two groups,the difference before and after the treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment methods of the two groups improved the spleen loss Healthy anorexia pediatric anorexia was effective.3.Comparison between groups after treatment: The scores of main symptoms,secondary symptoms and total syndromes of the two groups were statistically analyzed,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The experimental group was excellent in improving the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine in the control group.4.Comparison of clinical efficacy: After 4 weeks of treatment,the effective rate of the experimental group was 92.59%,and the effective rate of the control group was 85.71%.The difference was statistically significant after statistical analysis(P<0.05),and the clinical effect of the experimental group was significantly higher in the control group.5.Comparison of recurrence rate: Follow up 3 months after the end of treatment,and count the recurrence rate.The recurrence rate in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Yunpi Wendan Decoction has a significant clinical effect on the treatment of anorexia in children(spleen dysfunctional pattern),and significantly improves the main and secondary symptoms.2.Yunpi Wendan Decoction has a low recurrence rate for children with anorexia(spleen dysfunctional pattern)and good long-term efficacy.
